BE AWARE!! Im not sure how this place is still in business. First time eating here and it was horrible. I may have to contact the health department for a check-in. It took soooo long for the food so we assumed it would be good. NO! The food is cooked in old grease. It was burnt and very oily, so nasty. The Texas toast smelled like a cleaner, which is alarming. I paid a ridiculous amount of money just to throw it away. Please Please Please take your business elsewhere.
Ok let’s dive deeper, since the terrible manager response. I live an hour away so there was no way I was bringing the food back. I was not greeted upon entering and the menu was not explained to me. I was ignored. Overall my experience with your restaurant was terrible. Yes, I paid $80 for a family meal to go in the trash!! Own up to your restaurant not being up to par. We’ll see if it is what you say about being up to health codes……

Very disgusted by the food I ordered. Very hard and chicken broken up. Manager called sent him pics. Gave me so many excuses that it wasn’t there fault instead of owning up to it. Even sent him the pictures. I’ve ordered food before I know what it looks and tastes like.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. The chicken tasted like it was fried in very old, reused grease, and the smell was honestly off-putting,almost rancid. It was noticeable the moment the food was served and made it difficult to eat. Fresh oil and basic food quality standards are essential, especially when serving fried food, and this place missed the mark completely. I won’t be returning and would not recommend it unless major improvements are made.

They messed up my order. I did not receive what I ordered on their site. When ordering chicken bites, even though it lets you pick a sauce, apparently they will only give you the hangry joe’s sauce. I also paid for an extra thing of blue cheese dip (a dollar!!!), they did not put it in the bag. So not only did I not receive the dip I ordered with the chicken bites, I did not receive the extra dip I paid for. When I called the store to address the issue, instead of apologizing, the lady I spoke to instead argued with me, did not understand the online ordering options, and insisted I received something that was not included. No apology or offer to fix the issue. 0/10 would not recommend. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Some of the tastiest hot chicken I’ve ever had. Got a chicken sando, waffle fries, and a Ferrero Rocher milkshake. I’m curious as to what the SPICIEST chicken sandwich tastes like. I got Hot; the next level is Angry Hot. The fries were flavorful, spiced and crispy. The milkshake was a bit lackluster though. It tasted for like vanilla with a few chocolate bits thrown in. Didn’t taste any hazelnut. Certainly not bad, just not what I anticipated. Will definitely be back!

AVOID THIS PLACE. Got the leg and thigh. They cut a hole in the thigh big enough to poke your finger through. The owner said that’s how they do it. What fried chicken place does that? Took it back and got chicken fingers instead. Chicken fingers were bad too. Breading was soggy and yellow in color. Not golden brown. Chicken was tough. Took that back and the cashier called the owner because there was no manger on staff. Owner said too bad and would not refund the order. Told me to dispute the charge. Also, don’t tip your orders. Owner keeps it for himself. It is not given to the staff. And if you’re expecting Nashville hot, it’s halal chicken. We talked to the guy who came after us. He had a Hangry Joes coupon that they didn’t honor. Shady owner with a shady business. HANGRY JOES’ PREVIOUS OWNER, YOU SHOULD HAVE NOT SOLD IT TO THIS GUY.
P.S. Owner, you should probably tell your employees not to tell the customers they don’t get any of the tips, because you keep. But that would be unethical and probably illegal.

I got the Mega Sando at this location and I was pretty disappointed in the size. I have gotten the same sandwich in the past at different locations and the one I got here did not match the size of the others I’ve had. It tasted okay but the chicken was more dry and less seasoned than I have had in the past. Probably wouldn’t come back to this location. Buyer beware

I had those delivered from doordash. Ordered the Korean chicken nuggets. They were really tasty. I didn’t realize they came with a side of rice so I ordered fries too. It’s a generous portion of fries and they were good, but I didn’t eat many because I had the rice. The sauce on the chicken was really good – flavorful with a nice, strong but not painful heat. I really like the box that the chicken came in with the little viewing window (see pics).

Was served a drink that not only CURDLED immediately after stepping outside, but also had uncooked brown sugar boba. Service took forever and my other drink, even though I requested lightly sweet, was like syrup 🙁
