The chicken, fries, and even waffles were cooked to the most desirable possible temperature and texture. The owner, Kahn was very kind and cared about the business. The restaurant has a very nice mural on the left with a tv playing social media videos about the restaurant. For me, this made me more excited for the food to come out. The hot spice level was higher than most places but very tolerable for someone who enjoys it. Overall great experience, not many places around this area compete.

Kahn gave very generous service today, very helpful with the menu as well! Didn’t catch the cooks name but our food was very good. As we did get various items. Mac & cheese with the chicken , hot level tenders( definitely hot the more you chew pls don’t underestimate it, unless your into spice then you won’t mind) the chicken wrap , fries, Oreo & vanilla milk shake was missile.

A lot of people say it’s really hot, but honestly, it’s not too spicy unless you want it to be. They let you choose your own heat level, which is awesome because everyone can enjoy it, from mild fans to true spice lovers.
The service was friendly, and the place had a nice, casual vibe.

Loved the hot chicken sandwich. One of the best around. The waffle fries were over cooked and saturated with oil – will give those a pass next time. My biggest complaint is that in our take out order, there was no indicator as to which sandwiches were ‘hot’ and which were ‘medium’.

I have no clue about negative reviews here. This place has the best French fries period! EVERY FRY was perfectly crispy for all 5 of us. Great portion sizes, delicious flavor and suculant chicken. For flavor like this there is is no equal in eldersburg for the price. Khan is a solid guy who cares about making it right. If you had negative things to say about the food why didn’t you ask for a redo? He probably would have done that. I saw a review where someone ate almost all of there sandwich then took a Pic about how bad it was lol. It smelled so good i couldn’t wait to take a picture and had to get a few bites in before i could take these review shots. Seriously they make some excellent food here and care about repeat customers.

This is the best chicken place I have been too. I love the flavor and the choice for heat, the chicken is nice and tender, and the selections are what I am looking for. Eldersburg has the best staff too. They are thoughtful and it has a strong family atmosphere. It is super clean too. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Cold food and elementary school portions. Let me say that I love the Hangry Joes franchise. I am more familiar with the location in Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD. Their service is always on point, and the food is hot along with the portion size. I tried this new location in Sykesville last night, and needless to say, for the first time, I was extremely disappointed. My order was to go, and I ordered wings and fries. My order did not come with pickles (the location in Rockville does). I don’t live far from the restaurant, and it’s a new location. When I arrived home to eat my food, it was stone cold. Not to mention, the fries looked as if someone took some out of the box. It was barely any fries in the box. The fry box was greasy on the outside. I am very disappointed, especially since this location is new and close to home. Other comments share similar experiences with this location. I may not go back to this location, which sucks because I no longer work in Rockville. I probably will never have the great Hangry Joes experience again .
