Updated review: we came again Tues. I waited a whole hour for my food to arrive, before calling the waitress over to cancel my order. It’s not her fault, she was apologetic and great customer service, she said there was a party that had priority, but I pointed out that other customer’s that arrived after I did, had received their food order. Management obviously not good in keeping kitchen orders running smoothly.
Definitely will not order food anymore if i do return, just drinks. The place is nice for other entertainment pool, poker, etc…just EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE BEFORE COMING HERE.

They have poker here certain nights, lots of pool tables, games, couches, outside sitting. I ordered the combination fried rice, mixed the meat was super dry and the dish was a bit “spicy” for my taste. Services was great. Never knew this place existed, seems like a great place to…hey, “hangout”. We will be back, I may try a different dish next time.

I’m a regular at Hangout and it really suits its name. Darts, pool, poker, drinks, dancing… it has such a variety of what to do. The servers are really nice and helpful. The only problem I have is that food takes a while so don’t come in if you haven’t the in days lmao. But it’s a vibe and everyone is nice and professional. I recommend

This is the most chill place I’ve been to in a while. It’s clean, the DJ is lit , service is amazing and the girls are beautiful .
They have some arcade games, a bar, several billiard tables, and the food is actually really, really good. Outdoor patio for smoke breaks and security onsite.
The momos are fire and the funnel cake fries are delicious. Highly recommend.

This is a hidden gem. If you’re in the Irving area. There is plenty of seating, plenty of pool tables. It’s fairly big inside, nice VIP room and patio. It would be a good place to have a party. We didn’t try any food because we had already had dinner and dessert. Hubby ordered an old fashioned, he said it didn’t taste good. The alcohol over powered the flavor. Other than that, the staff was friendly and very informative of ongoing events at the Hangout: salsa night, ladies night, bingo night, and poker night. They do sometimes charge a cover fee sometimes. The music and crowd was diverse. I will definitely go back if in the area

Great vibe, chill atmosphere, food was actually out of site for a bar, we were really surprised!….great service, just a little on the pricier side at $10 a beer and mixed drinks go up sharply from there. 4 of us hung out and played pool and had drinks for about 3 hours with a couple of appetizers and it was $450

Absolutely love the place, no hate about it but very disappointed with the snooker table area. We have been coming here regularly for a long time, playing every time for 5-6 hours giving a good business but our needs are not taken care of. Despite complaining numerous times about the ac temperature, lights at the table, nothing has been changed.
Every-time we have to complain about the ac and nothing has been done, all we here is manager can only change it or we have to ask the manager. It is so hot and difficult to play without air. Also, why is there a need to keep 3 huge sofas and 2 tables. We have to climb on the sofas to play the shots. There is not even 2 feet of space to play. They have made table bit better but the balls are dented, the cushions are worn and the pockets bounce the ball back.
If we are paying 150$ everytime, given we purchase food and drinks, its absolutely disappointing experience. Only few chairs and a small coffee table is needed. Being a national snooker player, these are our concerns. Owner please CHANGE these things. We come here thrice a week, rafael, kelly know us very well.

For it to be a Wednesday, it was very nice. Unfortunately, I just missed the wrestling match, I have to go back so I can catch that. I can only imagine what it would be like if it was the weekend. The waitress was amazing and patient.

This is a nice, large entertainment bar with plenty of potential, but unfortunately, the service was almost non existent.
Came by on a Sunday afternoon, they were having some kind of game day with trivia, even musical chairs. There was a decent crowd, however, the rest of the place was fairly empty.
We opted to shoot darts, play pool, and ping pong. At the bar we were told we needed to open a tab with a server for all of the games, we took our drinks and waited for a server that never came. The bartender finally decided they could take care of our gaming needs.
Once the large crowd was done with their entertainment, we discovered the servers were taking part in the games, which is fine if it’s a slow day, however, they completely disregardes any customers coming in. Even after they went back to “work” they stood around and would not engage anyone in our area.
