I ordered online today from the Westfield location. I usually stick with my go-to—boneless wings with fries—but this time I also decided to try the mac and cheese. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. The mac and cheese had some kind of crust or cracker topping that didn’t taste right, and the fries were extremely salty—almost inedible. I wasn’t able to enjoy my food at all.
I normally visit the Amherst and Agawam locations and have always had a good experience, but this order from Westfield definitely missed the mark

I must say I love the wings…. So definitely go for wings and beer..
Also, the chicken sandwich which my friend ordered and she quite enjoyed.
I ended up ordering naked wings with spicy garlic on the side. Spicy garlic sauce is just the right amount of garlic and heat
So the thing I’m a little disappointed in is the crop duster half portion of salad. Yes I love this portion size of the half..
But I was very disappointed in the quality of vegetables that they put on. They were just not fresh and included the iceberg lettuce which had a lot of browning on it. Mostly the cucumbers looked like they were cut from a day or so ago and they were just not fresh..
Also on my wings the celery also had a little bit of indiscretion of freshness.
But definitely I will always go back for their wings

I haven’t been to this hanger in a few years. I was coming back from skiing and wanted wings, my girlfriend wanted chicken wrap and loaded tater tots.I called and placed my order. After picking up my order, why home to eat. The wings were low grade and had coating, that would fall all over the place, the wings were the cheap kind with more crap than meat. I’ve had better wings from Walmart frozen. The loaded tots, were just plain tots, they were cold, not warm but cold. There was no chicken wrap, it was sandwich with more bun than chicken and the chicken itself was warm and terrible texture. This was not worth the trip and I will not be going back, to any hanger. I spent $65 and that was a waste.

I’m in the area for work. Stopped in on St. Patty’s Day because I was in the mood for a Reuben. It was fantastic and unlike any Reuben I’ve had. It wasn’t your typical thin sliced lunch meat Reuben, the meat was tender and almost similar to a pot roast. Chucked/shredded vs sliced. One of the best I’ve had anywhere. Service was great and there were plenty of TVs around the dining area.

First time ever coming here and we ordered pickup. We got there about 20 minutes after we placed the pickup order and the food was just coming out hot and ready to go. Some of the best food I’ve had in years, highly recommend the fried pickles and supersonic nachos!

Last Night’s service was absolutely unacceptable. We placed our food order with our drink order. It took 15 minutes for the drink to come out and over an hour for one small portion of wings to come out. People were leaving left and right and unfortunately when the food did come out ( we ordered boneless ) the wings were bone-in and the wrong sauce. We didn’t have the heart or time to send it back because every single waitstaff member was crying. The lack of support from their management is scary.

The food came out so fast! Our waitress was on point for our visit. We really enjoyed the wings and the cheese tots. I was really impressed to see the drinks menu, especially seeing that house draft options were available. Highly recommend the Texas dry rub choice that was there along with the honey bbq sauce. Thank you for the experience!
