We have ordered about 4 times in last few months. Today I ordered online as usual. Clicked no onions on my salad. Picked up food. Got home and covered in onions! And covered in what tasted like sesame seeds!! I sent a message to their page. And was argued back that it was how I ordered it. And call if I want to discuss. So I called. And Morgan (said manager) was very rude but in a condicening cutesy voice. That there was nothing she could do. The food was just how I ordered it and that it was pepper. (Thats no pepper I have ever eaten)!! Disgusting.. and u can see the food was on my counter still at 930 pm.. nastiness. I offered to even bring it back. And she refused any help!! I will NEVER order here again

YOU WILL NOT REGRET COMING HERE! Great service so many beers, THE BEST CHICKEN WINGS EVER, Best chicken in general, the sliders, the WRAPS!!! Everything on the menu is FIRE! And AFFORDABLE! Lots of seats there, LARGE BAR! They even make mixed drinks and the frozen cocktails are the best as well! But the also have house made beers! I’m from ny and consistently make the drive for a lunch here! Oh and EVERY APPETIZER IS Amazing totally recommend the mozz sticks! The crispy chicken sammy is soooooo good as well!

Food was delicious. Fries were cooked perfect…we had both regular and sweet potato fries. Both were great. I had a Red Baron burger. It was so good. I also had the mac and cheese so i could taste it and bring it home…i will definitely get this as my meal next time. We also had twice baked potato bombs that were delicious. My date had fish and chips and said the fish was pretty good. (Yes, we are stuffed) The service was fast and super friendly. The beer is amazing. The take out counter is in the bar and was busy the whole time we were there. We will be back! (Only 4 stars because of the way the outside looks…sorry, but it’s summer and the place has been opened for 8 months, no excuse for zero curb appeal)

All of the food was terrible. The sliders were cold and tasted like old charcoal. Mac and cheese lacked cheese! Although the server was friendly, her advice on the degree of spice/heat on the wings sauce was completely off. We were asking about mild sauces and ordered accordingly. Only 6 out of 16 were on the mild side. On the other hand the beer selection was great!

Felt so bad for our waitress. She looked like the only one working on the floor! At 5pm more staff came in, which seemed to help. Menu was so diverse, lots of options. The fried jalapeños were outstanding. Mac attack burger and cowboy burger were yummy. Food came out quick.

I’ve ordered chicken wings from the Hangar so many times. & they never disappoint. My kids even enjoy the plain wings. So no matter the flavor, they will have you drooling. satisfied customer I also recommend the fried pickles.

I’ve never been inside The Hangar as I only moved to Pittsfield some months ago during this pandemic. I’m so glad they’re on Door Dash because they are one of my favorite places to get delivery from on the weekend. They are affordable and consistently delicious. Their soft pretzel with the beer cheese is absolutely scrumptious. I love their burgers, their wraps, their sandwiches; their crinkly fries send me back to a simpler time. Their fried pickles are a true treat! Their tater tots are a crunchy dream. The sweet potato fries do not disappoint. I love dining out with the Hangar! Thank you so much for all the Friday nights you have curbed my craving. I can’t wait for next time!

First time getting food here everything was good the hamburger chicken sandwich and the BBQ chicken tender but we also got a Ruben which is just gross the meat was more Jerry then moist corn beef not enough thousand island on it just inedible. Never again . Order anything but the Ruben
