Fantastic food! We all got wings and boneless wings and everyone loved them. Some of the flavors we got were Nashville hot, Jet fuel, afterburner, plain, garlic Parm and honey BBQ. They have a great beer selection as well. Staff was very friendly and food came very quickly. We can’t wait to go back again.
Edit: the Afterburner sause does have a decent heat level for those who love spicy food.

An excellent local haunt of ours with outstanding service and quality. We’ve never left here feeling disappointed, ignored or hungry. Our bartender, Bri, is the best around; funny, attentive and polite! Well-run establishment we will consider our go-to for atmosphere and top tier wings over and over again. Very reliable.

Your parking lot is always bad. Tonight, could not believe how bad it was. It needs to be fixed ASAP. We eat here all the time, your staff is phenomenal. Tonight we had Tabby and she was awesome.
FIX YOUR PARKING LOT PLEASE!!!!

Overall it was great! If you’re GF, it’s not the most friendly menu BUT the staff cannot do enough to explain the menu and help you find something good. Would come back for the nachos (they are corn but same fryer as the tenders!) but everyone else loved the wings and fries. A good spot for good food and good beer.

This is by far the worst Hangar location. The food here is in small proportions and usually burnt. The nachos were black and inedible. The service is slow. The waitress disappears when you’re ready for the check or ready to pay. The worst part is the attempt to nickel and dime everything. I ordered a pitcher of soda – it was nearly all ice. The cups in the picture below are all ice. I ordered the $ 51 boneless four pounds of wings. They give two extremely small blue cheese cups and charge for any additional. Driving to their Amherst or South Hadley location is definitely worth it- those locations are excellent!

Hangar of Agawam is worth visiting for the food, which was genuinely the highlight of the experience. The menu had solid options and everything came out fresh and flavorful — clearly the kitchen puts in the effort. Service was average — friendly enough but a bit slow and inattentive at times. The atmosphere is the weakest part; the space feels a bit uninspired and could use some work to match the quality of the food. Overall a good meal if you can look past the setting.

Yummy yummy wings, and very relaxing atmosphere! We got the cheesy waffle fries as well, which were a hit. We tried Korean bbq and sweet chili for our flavors – both very good.

We order from The Hanger at least once a week. Most of the time, the food is excellent, but there have been multiple occasions over the past few weeks when the wings have not been up to their usual standards. The first time they dumped so much sauce on the box that we couldn’t tell the difference between the flavors we ordered. Last night, the wings were terribly overcooked. The picture below is an example of a perfect order.

Omg love this place, the vib and how spacious it is the only thing that sucks is the parking lot so many pot holes everywhere but other than that they have a view by the windows and also wheelchair ramp, pool tables and a bar area.
Now let me talk about the food and drinks yum I got this cocktail drink it was so delish and the food was amazing and hot and fresh.

This location used to be great but the last few times I got takeout it’s been all over the place… Dine in has been fine tho we don’t sit down there very often so who knows.
First off I ordered for later in case I hit traffic but got there 15 min early and it was already sitting out, everything was already getting cold and soggy and would have been ice cold had I gotten there at the scheduled time.
Somehow it was both soggy and hard on some pieces so that was fun.
I ordered asking for 1/3 of buffalo and 2/3 golden BBQ in separate boxes and noticed they were in the same box and asked the girl at the register about it she kind of brushed me off and told me sometimes they separate it with wax paper… Well they used wax paper but just kind of folded it in half in between the different chicken which doesn’t actually stop the sauces from mixing which was the entire point of getting separate boxes, tho maybe that doesn’t matter because they barely used any sauce on the golden BBQ, which is what makes it gross and soggy. Ontop of that they gave me more buffalo than BBQ! This isn’t the first time they did this either. Last time I called and they replaced it but honestly I don’t really want to drive back there tonight even if they offered to make it right. Besides if it were like what they served me to begin with I don’t have any interest in it.
Finally the portions on the sides are incredibly inconsistent, you eat there and get a pile of fries for a large to big to finish and tonight I got a measly box of soggy fries that is what I’d expect a small to be… Same with the fried pickles that cost $10, I got maybe half of what I usually get…. Just overall one of the worst takeout experiences I’ve had in quite some time. And if they hadn’t already been going down hill with their takeout I probably wouldn’t have left this review over one bad meal but this is insane.
