Our server was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is awesome with screens and games everywhere. Great environment. Unfortunately the food was rather bland. It looked great but simply lacked flavour and was surprisingly disappointing – especially considering the cost. A $26 burger should be off the charts amazing not just “meh”.
I’d rate the service and atmosphere at 5/5 but the food is probably a 3/5 or even a 2.5/5.
Beer was also way overpriced so I simply stuck with water. $80 (before tip) for a burger, two kids meals, and a sandwich should really result in an amazing meal.

$27 for this burger and fries that taste like it comes from a gas station. I genuinely don’t know how this place has such a decent rating. My daughter didn’t touch her grilled cheese, which she normally loves. You are better off going to McDonalds.

Lea the bartender did a great job. She was personable and friendly. Group of 5 were seated promply and our server was attentive and courtious. Food came quick and with mixed reviews. The salmon was dry and overcooked. The pineapple shrimp was a nice display piece.

I’m disappointed with my recent experience. I spoke directly with the manager, Walter Arias, regarding billing for our party, and was told the 18% charge would be applied once to the total group tab. However, I later discovered that an 18% charge was added to each individual transaction instead.
This was not what was explained or agreed upon, and it resulted in unexpected additional costs. Transparency in pricing and clear communication are essential, especially for group events, and this situation Ifelt misleading and poorly handled.
I hope management reviews their billing practices and ensures staff communicate charges accurately in the future so other customers don’t experience the same issue.

This is a good hotel restaurant. They have fair prices for LA, attentive service, and good quality food. I have Celiac and felt comfortable splitting the NY steak and garlic shrimp which seemed to be allergy friendly and the staff was confident.
Wish the TV screens were updated and the audio was lower. The vibe is a bit like a sports bar, but it did the job for a dinner before leaving in the morning. This hotel has a lot of offerings. I’d recommend it.

Came for breakfast. Both male server was nice and polite. The female server Andrea is very rude.

Food came out cold. Enough said there. Also saw $19 chips and salsa on the menu. My friend ordered fish tacos and the chips were stale. If we would have ordered the chips and salsa and got stale chips I would have been furious. Food is below sub par and comes out Luke warm at best, cold.
