I barely sit down to take the time to write reviews however, coming here tonight was an exceptional service. The ice cream is amazing as always, I got Coffee Choclate Chip (one of my favorites). But the generous portions and flavors isn’t the reason i’m writing this. I got helped out by Hailey along with Ella. They truly made my experience here tonight exceptional. Hailey was able to answer all my questions and make recommendations. Both workers have a great dynamic, funny, efficient, friendly, and brings the vibes up by jamming along to the music. Definitely will be coming more often with workers like these to lift my spirit.

So many flavors to choose from! The scoops are generous in size. We tried butter pecan, cotton candy, chocolate chip cookie dough and pistachio. My favorite was the butter pecan but all were great. We came around 9 PM on a Saturday night and there was still a line.

I am a frequent customer that brings the family almost every Friday for a treat. A young man by the name of Luke helped us out and i am happy to say that his service was incredible. Not only was he quick with the work but our cones looked amazing. He then complimented my sons shirt at the register and expressed his joy for track aswell. He gave my son tips to become a better runner and then wished us a great night. Best service yet and will definitely be coming back!

We’ve been frequenting this location for years since they first opened. We’ve always been happy with the portions and service … until today. Had a young lady that didn’t smile once and barely spoke to us at all, no greeting, no thank you, nothing. I would chalk it up to a bad day for her but the scoop sizes were also so small compared to past we were all so disappointed. Mine looked like a single scoop from Thrifty. The single cones look absolutely nothing like the picture in the signs anymore so you should really remove those. Sadly Handel’s is no longer going to be our first and only choice for ice cream.

I love this ice cream it’s really good it’s really close to us it’s homemade really cheap but still taste really good they have a lot of options and different sizes bowls I can have a dipped sprinkled cone they have whipping cream workers were nice and welcoming the photo is A dipped cone chocolate and brownie dough with whipping cream for $6.25That’s the first photo the the rest of the photos are just pictures of ice cream from Handel’s of course

OMG, if you want ice cream a you are within 10 miles of this place you cannot go wrong. Recently opened, in the same shopping center as Target and Trader Joe’s I found Handel’s just curious why there was a 25 person line at 9pm on a SAT night. So here’s price, product and service and store… The price is extremely fair probably double the quantity you get at the local 31 flavors and really thats the only competition. I had a waffle cone chocolate dipped as a double. Double somehow gets double scoops, so about 4 scoops of ice cream, Wow! The product was amazing. For the double I had vanilla and black cherry. I’ve found some ice cream to be too sweet, this had distinct flavors and there was a huge list of them to choose from. The cone was set with a generous thick 1.5″ rim of semi sweet chocolate, perfect. It was very similar to Ben and Jerry’s with a thick air free consistency. Not too icy, almost sticky, soft but set well enough that it wasn’t instantly melty. Although we were all enjoying @ night. Service was excellent, RSM people are quite a nice bunch to begin with. The staff was patient and explained the product and ways to order to me. I could see the one of the staff being attentive to doing wipe downs and sweeping for the others. Last the store was unique in that the dip stations were lined up in the center of the store. The frontage was a bit skinny with only a few tables n chairs. So you order and then your server travels into this massive bank of eight (?) dip station freezers to get your flavors, impressive. Having sold ice cream I was surprised to see there was only one sink. Also no handy way to quickly rinse the scoopers being used. This slowed the process down a touch but things were being done cleanly. Not really a complaint, ice cream like this is worth the wait. Last please look at the menu possibly already posted a couple times. They do banana splits, sundaes, there’s many toppings, customize however you like to enjoy. No, I don’t work for them. I really enjoyed my ice cream and was struck by the value and service. Check out my pic of the chocolate dipped waffle cone double with black cherry on top and vanilla on bottom, epic… Bring a friend, chat in line and enjoy this already very popular ice cream.
