My friends and I stopped by here to satisfy our post-dinner sweet tooth. It was a chilly Saturday winter evening, but there was still a line out the door. They offer a wide variety of flavors, and I love that you can sample them before committing.
We opted for the 4-scoop sampler, choosing Taro, Black Cherry, Mud Pie, and Cheesecake with Oreos. We also got a couple of cones and a frozen banana on the side. The ice cream was slightly on the sweet side, but still enjoyable. The Mud Pie flavor stood out—it was rich, with a bold coffee flavor.
The prices are reasonable, and the scoop sizes are generous. It’s easy to see why there’s always a line here. This spot is definitely worth checking out!

Worth the trip for really good ice cream. They have a variety of flavors and if you get a banana split, you’re able to switch out the flavors for your own. Also ordered a chocolate banana but they’re pre frozen not fresh dipped. Staff is friendly and the environment is clean. They have all their social distancing precautions in place such as markers on the floor for the line and outside seating.

Hurry to Water
I’ve never been here before, so it was a pleasant surprise to see how large it is on the inside. The staff were all friendly and smiling, although I cannot personally list the person who helped me on here, for they had no name tag on. That’s really the only thing that I would change. They have all of their items listed on a giant menu, and you can see them preparing your order for you while you wait. There was a line to get in, but this might have been because it was after school on a Friday afternoon. My daughter got two scoops in a sprinkled cone bowl. It was a little pricey, but since ice cream is a special treat, we figured why not?

Great classic ice cream spot in Lake Forest. They have interesting flavors and we got 2 pints of Banana Cream Pie & Pistachio plus a banana split of Blueberry Cobbler, Coconut & Banana Cream Pie. Everything tasted great and not too sweet. They have reasonable prices too. Overall we would definitely stop by again.

Went here before and I cannot explain it, but there is something different about their ice cream and I can’t put my finger on it. Every flavor is just delightful….and there are a lot to choose from!
I’m not the person that has to buy a certain brand of ice cream (i.e. Bluebell)…I could care less…or buy the generic, store brand. But like I said, this is the one ice cream shop that sets itself apart.
Whenever I go I get a quart. You can get a scoop, two, three, a pint, a quart, a milkshake, malt or other combinations. The people are very nice. I went last week and got 4 pints (and a quart for myself ) for my cousin’s birthday. I live further away now, but I made a special trip and drove the hour and a half back just to surprise her.

Can’t say enough about this place!
The ice cream–just delicious! Everyone behind the counter was super friendly and never got flustered with the crowds. The lines are long but so totally worth it!
The strawberry cheesecake is–chef kiss–delicious!
The sign out front says it’s the best ice cream in the world.
