I came in for some ice cream today and had such a great experience. Courtney was so professional and incredibly kind the entire time. She knew the ingredients really well and helped me choose something that fit exactly what I wanted. It’s rare to meet someone who’s genuinely patient and friendly, and she made the whole visit feel easy and welcoming. Definitely deserves recognition!

I just visited handles and had the best time! The staff were phenomenal and they helped me with finding the perfect flavor to match what I was feeling. I was having a hard day but as soon as I walked through the doors the smiling staff made my day brighter. They got me the cinnamon graham cracker icecream and I was suddenly happy. It’s not everyday when you find yourself feeling refreshed and happy after just an icecream. But at handles homeade icecreamery in lehi I was amazed.

The 19 flavors of ice cream I sampled were delicious, and the quart of vanilla I ended up going with was so so good as well! Andrew was so patient with me even though there was a very long line behind me. I will be going here again!!

I got the strawberry co. pistachio and it was very tasty.
My stepson got the birthday pie and the eight flavor of a chocolate mix.
All very tasty. I just missed more fruit flavors like banana.
Service was quick and there were plenty of tables for us to enjoy our delicious ice cream.

Pretty rough experience tonight. I’ve been to Handel’s several times before and have had no issues. This time I felt a dip in customer service. The girl who scooped our ice cream was not the friendliest to begin with, and then after she scooped our ice cream she left us hanging at the register. All of the other workers would finish scooping and then help their customers at the register. Our girl left us awkwardly standing there and went to the back to do something else. Their food safety practices were all a little questionable to me. Shouldn’t all food service establishments be wearing gloves and have their hair tied back? Ice cream was great, just wish there was a little more care for the customers.

I am always happy with this ice cream spot. We tried the Blue Monster, which features blue vanilla ice cream packed with Oreo cookies and Chips Ahoy cookies + added hot fudge. The combination was indulgent and satisfying. We also had the Graham Central Station, a delightful mix of graham ice cream with a graham cracker ripple and chocolate-covered crunchies.
The ice cream was delicious, with generous portion sizes that didn’t leave us feeling overwhelmed or underwhelmed. Handel’s creates a welcoming atmosphere for both kids and adults, allowing adults to enjoy the nostalgia of childhood flavors with their children. It’s become our go-to family ice cream spot!
