We loved this place a lot. Hansel’s Ice Cream is definitely the spot for great service and tasty treats.
Whenever you’re around this part of town, the line of people waiting says it all—this place is a hit. They didn’t disappoint at all with their servings, and the salted caramel was our favorite among the many choices.
We walked away happy and full.

This location gives me amazing ice cream and the flavors for August, Knot your average dough and Smores are some of the best ice cream I’ve had in years. I’d also like to thank the speedy service, especially from some of the employees that I’ve seen multiple times here. I believe their names were Nolan, Matthew and Rocco.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. A young gentleman with a beard (I didn’t catch his name) was roughhousing and not acting professionally. It took nearly 20 minutes to receive just two small ice cream cones in 25 degree weather. When I asked to speak to the manager, he claimed he was the manager but refused to give his name. On top of that, I did not receive the correct change back. Overall, the service was unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

Grief, anguish, alienation…I felt the worse of it. Or at least…I thought I did. Each of these sorrows, insurmountable as they were, could be resolved through my own efforts; the same could not be said about what came of my visit to Handel’s: complete and utter devastation. I was quickly breaking apart. As a desperate measure to keep myself together, I started praying fervently as if I had been possessed. Lo and behold…my prayers were answered. Though I had been broken to pieces, a very kind employee picked me up, put me back together, and made me whole again. God truly does give his toughest battles (out of spongebob pop) to his strongest soldiers (Rocco Sparks).

The Coffee Chocolate Chip ice cream was yummy! I ordered a small waffle bowl, and it was more than I could eat! They definitely don’t skimp on the ice cream. It’s such a great value, and the product is delicious. Not to mention, the staff was fast, friendly, and helpful. Thank you!

A must-got-to place with the entire family. Skip DQ or other ice cream places and go here. Get a sampler and try 4 flavors. Best flavor we had was the Birthday Cake with Butter Cream Iceing (see photos). Now I wish we had a cooler in the car so we could have brought a quart back home for later. I’m planning my next visit soon…maybe next weekend.

People often speak about how Disneyland is the happiest place on Earth but I would tell them they are wrong and it’s actually Handel’s, especially the one located outside of the Hamilton Town Center. I live out of town and try to swing by once a month because we really don’t have anything close to as good as this place back home. I’ve tried many flavors and they are all so good. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Please open one up in Marion!

This place is the BEST. I didn’t see an option for milkshakes made from the chocoholic chunk, but I also didn’t ask ¯_(ツ)_/¯ Regardless, we had to wait in a line but given how long it was it moved quick! They seem fully staffed, and all well trained and have great customer service skills. With multiple windows, they serve people quick – just remember to follow your server to the right window!
The ice cream is the best I’ve had!! Dark chocolate with dark chocolate chunks that tastes super fresh it’s really rich though, so maybe start with one scoop your first time and see how it sits with you. I couldn’t finish my second scoop! Still worth it though, 10/10, will eat again.
