Handel’s Ice Cream located in Toledo, Ohio offers two locations to offer patrons delicious, fresh ice cream all year round. And as we are almost to October and still rocking temperatures into the high 80s, it felt like the perfect time to get some delicious #icecream with the family and soak in the warm air a little longer ! I can also attest that their seasonal Caramel Apple ice cream is absolutely delicious!! If you ever in Toledo, feel free to check them out! (They tend to be VERY busy when weather is nice so prepare to wait! It is worth it!!)

Their ice cream is DELICIOUS! We stopped by to get ice cream that was something different for my mother in law for her birthday. We all loved it!They have a ton of flavors to choose from. You’re bound to find one that you like. The only thing I didn’t like is that it is a little pricier than other local stands for the amount you receive. So if you’re looking for a quality homemade ice cream and don’t mind paying more for less, than this is the place for you. However, if you’re looking for quantity for the price and are willing to sacrifice the taste, I would go elsewhere.

Wow, the best ice cream I’ve had, the Orange Sherbet is out of this world,and people who don’t have patience to wait for this, instead of giving negative reviews about slow service, I think you guys should go and pick up ice cream from Walmart if your in such a hurry. Waiting to come over to your establishment to try some of your other great flavors , this was a delivery that we ordered. I think you guys should be opening world wide.

This location has the best service granted my order was messed up but I like how they took responsibility and tried remake it over it wasn’t the way I liked it. I like the attitudes there and will try another time the ratings is based on service. I am cheering you on for a better make the next visit.

Very rude, poor customer service. Inquired about when drive through might open and why it’s closed. Young girl, with manager listening, said rudely- We don’t like to take orders from there and this window. It’s too much work. My milkshakes were a mess- running down the outside of the cups. I asked for a plastic bag or another option to have them not drip in my car for a short transport. I was told- We don’t have anything, as the window was slammed shut. I realize buying ice cream isn’t a necessity, but for what they charge they could at least be pleasant and care about a customer leaving unhappy. Go somewhere else to get ice cream- not here.

They Seen me in the drive thru & decided to ignore me after I was already waiting for a while even beeped my horn & rung the bell! it was was 2 girls there at the time people of their kind got serviced fast but maybe because I’m black I had to wait? I came here Saturday around 3:30pm the day before the Super Bowl. I was doing DoorDash as well so the time affects me!

This is the place to be for ice cream. It’s all outdoors, there’s some seating, the line can be long. It is worth it every time. They don’t do soft serve and they don’t really do any like mix ins or sundaes, but they more than make up for it with the unbeatable flavors and high quality of the ice cream.
