Today was my wife and I first time visiting this establishment and we were very impressed. The guys that were working there today showed great customer service and were very knowledgeable of all the menu Items. I personally had the Caramel Apple Milkshake . Literally the best Milkshake I’ve ever had! My wife sampled a few flavors and settled on the cotton candy ice cream and that was really good as well. All there Ice Cream is made there and you can tell because it taste so fresh. We will definitely be back.

Handel’s homemade ice cream is like no other. It’s creamy, delicious, rich with flavor and they give you a large portion. The two gentlemen working were exceptional. They were both nice, helpful and knowledgeable of each product and the business. I highly recommend!! (My personal favorite was the cotton candy! )

We were there today and the woman working was so kind to my toddler! I really appreciated her. Their ice cream is also always good with huge portions. This one had a couple of indoor benches, which I love because I can keep my little one more contained while we eat our ice cream (the one downtown is just a walk-up window).

Awesome ice cream and location! I’m always excited for their seasonal flavors and the new pumpkin ones are fantastic! I even have a tub at home.
The manager at this specific location really goes above and beyond, I make sure to only come to this one (even though marble slab and coldstone are both closer) You can tell when someone really cares about what they do, and it’s represented at this cute ice cream shoppe in both customer satisfaction and product quality.
Definitely worth the Harbison traffic 🙂

Staff was amazing and super friendly!.
We had Sierra which was so knowledgeable on all the flavors and even let us try a few of the homemade 48 flavors they have!
The menu is huge just as the size of the scoops you get.
The cones are so fresh but the do have cups too.
They even have dairy free, fat free and no sugar options available.
Being right in the middle of Harbison you should go early as the line backs up quickly but moves fast.
They do rotate flavors but not sure when.
Can’t wait to go back!!

Best ice cream that me and my husband ever tried! We were passing through Columbia and decided to stop and try the ice cream! So delicious! Patrick was great, letting us try samples first and was very informative! Dylan was great too! We loved the ice cream and the customer service! Planning to stop by if we will be in the area!

The ice cream was absolutely delicious. I got a banana split! It was made with care . Bananas were fresh. Toppings were delicious also. I loved the nuts they used. Also the containers were perfect. I was able to ride home without any spills or leaks. The ice-cream was not melted ! Also the staff , were very courteous given my next to closing time arrival. Thank you Ladies for helping me have a small piece of pleasure that I don’t often experience.

Small was enough for me! The waffle cones are freshly made and the ice cream was filled from bottom to top! Never had taro ice cream before but it was delicious. Staff was friendly and served as quick as they could during rush.

We were greeted cheerfully the moment we walked in and the ice cream was so creamy and flavorful! The Chocolate Pecan ice cream is some of the best I’ve had! Great service and ice cream! We need one of these in the Upstate SC!
