I got the chocoholic chunk and it was absolutely amazing!! This was my first time ever at Handel’s
and it was a very nice and pleasant experience. The employees are very nice and polite, along with their incredibly kind manager! The serving portions are absolutely phenomenal and I will most certainly be going again! They a large variety of flavors and even have seasonal ice cream flavors as well! I am definitely going to have to go back and try the new Peppermint flavor! I highly recommend

So I’m visiting out of state. My mom invited me out for ice cream and I am glad I got out of bed to get my scoops of ice cream so good! The staff could be more attentive and friendly meaning show hospitality !

I love the sampler. Not too big of a scoop and was able to try 4 different flavors. One was even a recommendation from another patron. Pricing was fair. Long line but it went fast. Staff were not overly bubbly, however, they did take your order and serve you. Ice cream was good but melted quickly. I do like that you can order a mixture of flavors. More outdoor seating would be nice since there is no indoor seating.

Handel’s has definitely become our favorite ice cream spot! For a family where ice cream is our preferred treat, that’s saying a lot! We visit at least once a week! They have an abundance of flavors to choose from and I’ve not had a single one I didn’t enjoy! The kids love Blue Monster, Midnight Madness and Mint Chocolate Chip to name a few! My most recent favorite has been Monkey Business, but you can’t go wrong with any flavor! They’re all so creamy and fresh tasting!!

This place was a mess. We waited 30 minutes on a Friday night for one ice cream, which is ridiculous. The staff inside moved at a snail’s pace. They continued taking order even thought there was already a lot of families waiting and somehow the two families in front of us were served before we were.
What really sealed it for me was the terrible customer service. A staff member with pink hair was openly rude to an older gentleman who had clearly been waiting. They switched service windows, which caused confusion, because he was already at the 2nd window when she decided to randomly go to the first window. He politely informed her and instead of helping him, she told him he “should’ve been in line” in a nasty tone; even though he had been. This caused him to just walk away because who would want to wait in that line again?? I’m not sure why that generation has no respect for elders. She even laughed about it afterwards. Completely unprofessional.
I walked up to ask for a refund because the wait was so excessive, but my ice cream was finally ready by the time I reached the counter, so I just took it and left.

Today was my first time trying Handels. I tried the strawberry cheesecake chunk flavor in a waffle cone and it was amazing. The portion size was much more than i was expecting but worth the amount. Will definitely make the trip back here to try other flavors.

I am dreaming about the next time I get my hands on that French silk pie ice cream. It had the chocolate shavings and buttery crust mixed in. It was literally so good. Vanilla with Oreo, the Buckeye, and strawberry shortcake were also really good!
