They said they would charge for napkins. Is this store policy?
The taste is okay, nothing particularly amazing, but decent overall. The portion sizes are good, which I appreciate.
The staff did not seem very warm or welcoming, there was not much friendliness, but that usually doesn’t bother me much.
The main reason I am writing this review is because of something that surprised me.
When I asked for a napkin, I was told that I would have to pay for it. On my previous visit less than a week ago, napkins were given along with the ice cream without any extra charge. Being told this time that I would need to pay for one was unexpected.
I would like to know if this is an official store policy or if something has recently changed.

The ice cream here is always delicious and the hours are very convenient for a later evening ice-cream.

I got the 4 to go… walked out with a cone of a 5th… I didn’t feel judged at all! My interest was appreciated by the staff! Mrs Carol did story time with us and I was amazing!! Favorite flavors are banana, praline pecan, butter pecan & deep dish apple pie!!

Visited this location after an event at 8.45 p.m., and the place was still packed. Easily accessible from Lancaster Ave, this place has a good parking lot and sufficient seating outside. The staff working here is very friendly. The menu is kept easy to order. The interior of the store is kept well and maintained, and this is a new store too. The prices are reasonable, and they got tons of flavors. We all enjoyed our ice cream here. Orange dream cream was fantastic!!

Recently visited this ice cream shop with high expectations, but unfortunately, I was left disappointed. The ice cream tasted very average, with a common, unimpressive cream flavor, less creamery. Despite their claim of using “zero sugars,” the result was far from satisfying. If the ice cream isn’t going to be sweet or rich in flavor, what’s the point of indulging?
I’ve visited the same brand at different locations, and the taste was so much better there. It’s disappointing to see such inconsistency in quality. If you’re looking for a more traditional, creamy, and sweet ice cream experience, this particular location might not be the best choice.

The ice cream is so fresh and creamy. Incredibly delicious treat. The flavor choice is amazing, they even sell little dog treats. There are enough different cones to keep everybody happy, with waffle, dipped waffle and sugar cones.
Cones with different toppings and waffle bowls, both dipped and undipped, are available.
Super friendly service. Stop by to enjoy a scoop or two.

Shelby is absolutely amazing! She’s one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen, and she went above and beyond to make sure my experience at the ice cream parlor was perfect. From the second I walked in, she greeted me with such a kind and welcoming attitude. She was patient while I asked about flavors, gave helpful suggestions, and even made sure everything in my order was exactly the way I wanted it.
What really stood out to me was how much care she puts into her work. She wasn’t just scooping ice cream—she was making sure every detail was right, from presentation to service, and she did it all with a smile. Even though the shop was busy, Shelby kept her cool and made sure no one felt rushed. She truly goes the extra mile for her customers.
Shelby is the kind of employee every business dreams of having—hardworking, thoughtful, and genuinely dedicated to making people happy. Thanks to her, my visit was above and beyond what I expected. Ice cream is always the best. We love when Carlee is working. She’s friendly, remembers our orders, fast and never skimps on toppings. The line always moves efficiently when she is there.

We ordered (2) larges and paid for (2) larges and this is what we were handed these. They advertise that they don’t skimp, but the photo posted with the review says otherwise. This is the 2nd time within a month that we’ve experienced this. We really wanted to give them a second chance and this is so disappointing.
