We came to the area from Nebraska for my brother’s wedding and decided to come here based off the menu after looking at several places earlier in the day. 11/10 experience! David brought champagne and a lit sparkler over to our table shortly after we sat, which was such a nice surprise. I think he thought my husband and I were the couple who got married, but that’s okay David was VERY attentive, the food was PHENOMENAL (this is coming from folks who butcher their own meat), and the atmosphere/decor are very high class yet welcoming.

My wife and I met her son, wife, and grandchildren for a Father’s Day get-together. However, we were an hour early, so we started at the bar. Great food, service this day was awesome, and the bartender made excellent well drinks. We will definitely visit again.

Not worth the trip! I called to ask where they’re located in the shops—very unhelpful, snotty gal! Turns out I was parked a few spaces away—due to the building design it’s hard to see the name on the building! Sat at the bar—the young gal working there as well as one of the guys behind the bar were talking about customers in a derogatory way and smirking!

What can I say? I was skeptical due to the ratings, but I’ll come here anytime. Hands down my favorite spot right now. I ordered the beets, the meatballs, the t-bone and the steak sandwich. Everything was amazing. Perfectly balanced, well prepared, and incredibly delicious.

Great spot. Loved it. Hand Cut Chophouse is changing the way people eat burgers, steaks and all cuts of meat one meal at a time. They have plenty of vegetarian dishes available, including many delicious salads. The dining experience at Hand Cut is also dedicated to an elevated level of service and quality. Hand Cut will impress even the most polished of cocktail & wine enthusiasts. Loved their expresso martini. Must try.
