Fantastic sushi. Ordered on the website and collected soon after. Was very fresh and tasted fantastic. Soft, crispy, and sweet in all the right places. A real breath of fresh air for the sushi scene in Carlisle!

After many recommendations from friends we decided to try Hanabi as a treat for our sons birthday and we were super impressed by the authentic Sushi, the freshness *beautiful fish from Bells The Fishmongers, the presentation of the food and the lovely chat with the friendly and knowledgeable couple who run the buisness. Hanabi is well worth a visit, we definitely recommend it and will be coming back
