It’s a shame the food here is good but the service is below zero. This is the 3rd and the last time I will come here. First few times I gave it a pass thinking the waitress had a bad day. But this is every time I been here. We took my brother and his family to eat for Valentine’s Day. We was there over and hour with no food. Just a few things we got for the kids came. We just sat there and waited and waited and waited. Even while we was ordering the waitress says stops I’ll be back. 20 mins goes by she never came back to take our order. So I asked someone if they can get out waitress. When she comes back she apologizes. And tells us she forgot!! How is that possible? We got 3 sodas and the rest had the water that was in the table. We sat there so long everyone’s cups empty. Never to come back for refills. Finally when I spoke up she told me it’s because they are busy. They wasn’t busy there’s maybe tops 12 tables of people it definitely wasn’t a packed restaurant most of the tables was empty. She tells me I told you the sushi will take long. And to order hot food. But then I had to tell her okay?? We did order hot food and got none of it. After all that she wanted me to pay over $200 for the all you can eat price when we ate nothing. Literally all we got was a plate of rice, chicken and a small bowl of edamame, and 3 sodas and she wanted me to pay over $200!!! I told her multiple times I will pay for the food that the kids wait, (because you can just order food without doing the all you can eat) she wouldn’t answer 3 times we had to say it. Then finally I asked her is there a reason you’re not telling me how much it is to just for the food we got. And then finally she just says no I can’t do that. Telling me there’s no manager she can talk to. Then I’m sorry I had to get a little rude and let her know I know that’s a lie I have family that owns restaurants there’s a way to get in touch with her manager. After that she went in the back to ask them. They said okay. So we paid the $60 and left at 9pm all hungry when I was there at 7:15. Do not eat here if you want to be treated terribly. The sushi chefs amazing! The busser amazing. The waiters absolutely the worst attitude I have ever seen. Not to mention when I asked her about refills she tells me our ice machine is broke in my mind I’m thinking so those that automatically think we don’t need any liquid to drink!! I have to say this was the wost restaurant experience I have ever had and I’m old lol and been to a lot of restaurants in my life. So do yourself a favor and skip it. There’s other all you can eat sushi on the area.

Good food overall! It’s definitely worth the ayce price if you want multiple things off the menu. Otherwise, I don’t think the non-sushi dishes stand up by themselves price-wise.

Hana Tokyo All You Can Eat is located between N 83rd Ave and N Arrowhead Fountains Center Dr and was previously Osaka P83.

For dinner, I made reservations for the teppanyaki grill and were not dissapointed. Our chef, James Royce, was not only very entertaining but cooked all the food to perfection! His unique way of cooking the rice turned out great!

The only reason I didn’t give Hana Tokyo All You Can Eat 5-stars was because the mens restroom had a very unpleasant odor thet may require a plumber to evaluate.

Aside from the restroom, the food was great, I’d stop in again, and I’ll make sure to request James!

Visited the restaurant previously for hibachi and it was such a great experience!
Came back for the all you can eat option and was pleased. The quality of the raw sushi was okay. Their sushi rolls were better than their nigiri. The appetizers were tasty and filling! The udon soup was my favorite! So flavorful! I was surprised they offer chicken strips and fries on the all you can eat menu!

My husband complained about the awful smell in the men’s bathroom. I saw other reviews about this issue as well! Hopefully the restaurant will resolve this issue.

Honest to god. Worst sushi and service I have ever experience. I don’t understand how can service get that bad. It took 30 mins for 2 plates dishes to come out, even though it was dead in a restaurant. The waitress severely lack training and service. Very rude and kept forgetting or orders over and over. Seriously just shut the place down. I rather get sushi from a grocery store, than here. Save your money.

Sushi was half-assed. The pictures on the menu did not match what was brought out. So upsetting.

I ordered the salmon avocado roll and the cucumber avocado roll. The picture on the menu shows the rice in the outside for both rolls. However, the rolls I got not only had the rice inside, but the majority of the rolls were rice. There was a tiny sliver of salmon, could barely make out the avocado. And the other roll was the littlest bit of cucumber I’ve lever seen along with a tiny touch of avocado. I tried eating a piece of each. That was about all I could do. It was so much rice and had no flavor of the other foods because how small they were. I told the waitress who then took one roll off the bill but not the other. I told her I didn’t want anything else. Not going to waste my time or money. But she brought me another salmon roll anyway. Still made incorrectly but at least the salmon was a tad bit bigger. I took it home for my kids to eat. The ladies bathroom was nasty as there was an open garbage can next to one of the toilets, filled with bloody feminine products. Certainly enough to make me lose whatever appetite I might have still had. The service was slow. They said the kitchen was backed up. There was only one other table besides ours, but ok. I’m guessing only one person was back there making all the rolls. We won’t be back.

I have to agree with most reviews here, food was very good but service is absolutely terrible. Came in a Sunday night there were 2 tables in the restaurant, we ordered combos that included soup and salad, those came out 7 minutes after our meal. I finished my drink and food and sat for 15 minutes before anyone came up to me, I would have ordered more drinks and maybe dessert if someone had attended to us. 3 servers were sitting in the sushi bar playing rock paper scissors with the sushi chefs… so sad. This could be a good place, but don’t waste your money.

The music is so loud that you can’t hear the server talking to you and the newest owners are apparently too cheap to maintain a soda fountain, so you’re paying 30 bucks a head for sushi and a can of coke and a menu with AI generated descriptions that don’t make sense.

They ran out of a few items the day before we came and our server had to go to the kitchen twice to confirm there would be no cross contamination for items for a person with a shellfish allergy. Unprofessional. I’ve come to this restaurant multiple times in the last decade and will not come back. This current set of owner/employees is the worst this store has ever seen.

Great food, good selection of sushi. I came here with friends several times, always bringing a lot of people or recommending to many friends, because you get yummy sushi for a low price and a nice atmosphere. Every time we ask to be served by Amanda, and everyone in the party (often 10+ guests) is very pleased with her. She’s very informative, kind, and fast. She knows the menu well and explains all the rules this place has, so the guests aren’t surprised when they get the final bill.
There is usually a wait to be seated and not because there are no tables available – quite the opposite – but because there is rarely anyone at the host station. The restaurant seems understaffed.
