Finally got to come here now that it is all you can eat. Really great. Was a bit slow but we loved the variety. We got the hibachi and appetizers and a bunch of different rolls. Everything was great. We will come back for dinner for sure. Zero complaints

Absolutely love this place. It’s all you can eat sushi. How can you go wrong with that! If you have been to Kyoto’s in Maple Grove or Coon Rapids, basically the same. However, the food at Hana’s is much better. If you ever go shopping at the Albertville Outlet Mall, and you like sushi, this place is a must!

First time ordering, and I went with the Dinner Special and I picked it up without looking before I got home. When I got home the lettuce on my salad was discolored. The miso soup was okay. And all 3 rolls we’re squished into one container. The rolls fell apart as I ate them. The avocado wasn’t ripe. The shrimp tempura was mostly tempura. Its a bummer they didn’t deliver on decent sushi. I probably won’t return for awhile, or maybe next time I’ll dine in and try something else on the menu.

A year ago, this restaurant had much more enjoyable food than it does now. (The photos I uploaded were from my first visit) Service is still slow, and the menu for the all-you-can-eat sushi is tacky. I’ve gotten the same specialty roll (crazy flying dragon) every time I’ve visited this place, and since it re-opened, it’s been worse every time. Two of the times I ordered it, the tobiko was missing. During my most recent visit, the presentation of the dish looked so tacky and unappetizing.
What used to be a creative fusion restaurant has become a tacky all-you-can-eat sushi place. The most popular draw-in for this restaurant is the $1 beers and that’s about it.

Sushi was incredible, the normal menu was overcooked and bland. The waitresses were overwhelmed, and understaffed. Forgot part of our order 3 times

Attention to detail is critical in good service and it’s portrayed here. Really exquisite food and unbelievable price. I would definitely recommend happy hour or just stopping by to have a great meal!

This place was awesome. $13 all you can eat sushi and tempura as well as 99 cent tap beer!! Great service also.

When Hana first opened, they attempted French Fusion and Sushi. Prices were way high, more expensive than going to dine in the city. So I never went. I was happy to see they changed things up and added an all you can eat sushi menu and $.99 drafts. The food was great and the atmosphere was very nice. I think they should make the portion size on the rolls smaller as they are large and filling, so you don’t get try very many. The service was troublesome and the servers and the “owner” even got into an argument on the floor. Bartender started slamming glasses around in the sink and made alot of frustrating noise. We waited quite a long time for drinks, ordering, and food orders. Hopefully they will get the kinks worked out.

Absolute worst service I’ve ever seen in my life, especially considering our party called ahead. We sat there for almost half an hour before we even got menus. Oh, wait, we didn’t get menus…someone in our party had to hunt them down for us. Just like we had to bring our own drinks up for refills and pretty much bus our own tables because the server was nowhere to be found. Ever. And we weren’t the only ones. Maybe we should’ve made our own sushi rolls too, at least then we probably would’ve gotten everything we ordered and not had to wait 2 hours for things to come out. Half our party ended up cancelling their 2nd round of sushi and the other half didn’t even bother ordering anything else because we didn’t feel like being there another 2 hours and we still hadn’t gotten several of the items ordered. As for food quality, several appetizers/hibachi items came out cold. The sushi was okay but I could’ve gone out and caught the damn fish and brought it back in faster time. I usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt having worked in the service industry but there is no excuse for how bad this place was. Something tells me it won’t be long until it’s closed down again unless they step up their service, especially with Kyoto a few miles down the freeway.

We visited this place when it originally open and wasn’t super impressed. With the new owners the menu was redone to be a mix of sushi / hibachi and typical Chinese dishes.
We ended up ordering a mixture of the food offered and we were all impressed. The Sushi is high quality, food was hot and fresh.
I would definitely give them a try again!
