They have a huge selection of sushi and other dishes, so there’s something for everyone, whether you’re in the mood for classic rolls or trying something new. Everything we ordered was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor.
A special shout-out to Shelby, our waiter, who was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out quickly and exactly as ordered.

Great sushi options I had there last Vegas roll I think that’s a special order not on the conveyor belt normally. It was fresh and good size portions. I like the size of some of the sushi rolls while others have gotten smaller this portions are very good size.

The first time I came here I thought the food was great. Really liked it. But then the last time I came… I was so upset.. I usually order seared salmon. Usually comes in pretty decent size.. but when they handed me my order.. I was baffled by how small the salmon was. It was half the usual size. I thought they were on a budget! I don’t know what you’re doing on your phone, and it’s none of my business but at least change your gloves and wipe down the food counter before you start prepping more food, let alone allowing your phone and the fish to share space. Yuck.

We came to Portland for a trip, and a friend highly recommended Hana Sushi and Izakaya — and it absolutely lived up to the hype! The food was incredibly fresh, and for a conveyor belt sushi place, the quality was top-notch. Every dish we tried was well-prepared and delicious.
Prices were very reasonable, making it a great value for the quality you get. The restaurant was also super clean and well-organized. As a bonus, there were arcade machines at the entrance that kids absolutely loved!
Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Awful. Really don’t understand the good reviews at all. The prices are way too high unless you do the all-you-can-eat option, but the food isn’t good enough to justify it. The seared salmon was good, but the spicy tuna was gross, and the ikura was subpar. My kid couldn’t even eat the karaage. The biggest issue, though, is there are no labels on the conveyor belt. How can you have conveyor belt sushi without labeling everything? Akira, just down the road, offers much better food at a much better price. There is no way this place will last.

Our server Serena was so quick to take our orders and even let us wait inside when it was too cold outside. The food was good and I definitely recommend getting the salmon toro nigiri. They gave us our food quickly and we did not have to wait long after ordering. They even offer an AYCE deal for $29.99 for the full conveyor belt menu plus entrees.

They are very short staffed. Ayce needs proper staffing. One server. Two chefs. One kitchen cook. Cannot keep up with orders. They limit you to 3 items per order and by the time you finish those 3 items, good luck trying to order again because the server is so overwhelmed and busy. If you are with a group be prepared. The one server was fantastic and hard working trying to keep up. There is a conveyor belt you can pick from but with how busy they are trying to get orders out they cannot restock the belt with any good items which increases the orders from everyone waiting for food anyways. I’ve been twice and hoped the first time was just a fluke but unfortunately second time was the same situation. Hopefully they can staff with more people. The sushi overall is average but fine for a conveyor place.

Great experience at Hana Sushi. The fish tasted fresh and the rolls were well made. Service stood out the most. Shelby was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out fast and correct. You felt welcomed from start to finish. I would return and ask for Shelby again.
