Ordered a Hawaiian Roll, total I paid was $22.78. I could not believe when I asked for some hot sauce and Sal sauce, they wanted to charge me another 1.80, I did not even get a plastic fork or napkins, they just lost a customer, I will not ever go back again. Even when I said I would not pay, the lady didn’t even care. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve been here a few times. I lived in Japan for 18 years. Although this isn’t the best quality, it certainly is satisfying. The prices are a bit high at ~$30 a roll, but if you can bring $100 per person with drinks you’ll walk out full and happy. Can’t find another place within 20 miles this good.
