Disregard all the negative reviews of this place focusing on customer service. I’ve been coming to this place for the last few years on our trips to Park City. Service has deteriorated a little as last time there were 2 employees and this time only 1 employee doing it all. Food still came to the table in about 10-15mins after ordering from their QR code menu on the table.

Definitely the best Ramen in Park City. Service is efficient but not what Americans are used to. It’s similar to ramen bars in Japan where they leave you to your food instead of hounding you with hospitality. As far as the food goes it’s fresh and excellent. I would definitely recommend. Again, disregard the negative reviews focusing on customer service.

If you’re looking for really good authentic Ramen in Park City this is definitely the place.

The broth is amazing, but service is practically nonexistent. Even after we walked in, the customers guided us to sit and scan the QR code on the table ourselves. It took a while for the food to arrive, but wow, it’s really delicious!

Cozy little ramen place but absolutely love it. We were attracted by “Everything made from scratch noodles, tare, broth, toppings” on their site and we weren’t disappointed. I personally love the chicken broth with white truffle oil, is so creamy and full of chicken flavor and love the noodles, so tender perfect amount of chewiness. If I have to be picky, maybe warm the lava egg, is a bit cold. The fried squid is very nice and crispy, perfectly seasoned and was awesome with the beer , wish the pieces were a bit bigger. Best of all, this place is not expensive at all.

Decent food. For the price, I definitely expected more. Service could have been better. We were the only two people in the restaurant, and only saw the hostess/waitress twice. Overall good, but definitely things to improve upon.

The place is absolutely adorable! They have great pillows on their benches and an authentic ramen machine up front. The food was spectacular. The broth had perfect consistency and the right amount of heat. The tofu was cooked very well and was coated in an outstanding curry sauce.

Overall the experience was fantastic and the food was delicious!

The Spicy Tonkotsu broth was excellent and exactly what one wants on a cold evening. It is not super-spicy but adds a nice touch of heat to the meal. I think it is approachable for people with a low spice tolerance. I enjoyed everything about it except for the chashu which disappointed me. The cut of the meat wasn’t very good an had little to no fat – a real surprise for pork belly.

The spicy gyoza were good but not worth the price at $2 each.

The soups were pretty good, but they were out of classic shoyu, which is very weird for a ramen place. The employees are not very welcoming, since they were rushing us, even though the place was nearly empty. Spicy ramen was mediocre, definitely not the best we tried, but the black garlic ramen was pretty delicious. The crepe cake was weird, too superficial, but edible.

This place is very adorable. A little shop with authentic ramen. Flavor is good. Service is very sweet. Just a bit expensive. They don’t do take outs!

Decent broth, everything else was highly disappointing. Overcooked gyoza, overcooked eggs, flavorless noodles. Service is nonexistent, you order on your phone and they just bring it out and never visit the table after dropping off the food. Very overpriced for the level of service given.

It’s a small operation here, so the owner took our order and served us. Because of the small staff, it may take a minute to get your order. You serve yourself your own drinks of non-alcoholic (sodas and water). The atmosphere was fun, though it was a little untidy (we had a water mug that was dirty, and our table we were directed to still had a dish rag/ bucket on it).

However, the food was AMAZING! Wow–that bone broth! It was so flavorful and had so much depth. It is a little on the expensive side since we had to pay extra for a soft boiled egg and charsiu, but I’m glad I ordered them. It was all very delicious!
