Comfortable spot for decent to good sushi and reasonable prices on everything. Servers are friendly and helpful but service is very chaotic and disorganized. On my last visit, multiple people tried to take drink orders and seemed confused about who was responsible for the various tables. It can take awhile to be seated because everyone is rushing around so much.

Overall not a bad spot but only because I don’t mind a little chaos. I would choose another spot if I were trying to impress someone or if I were with a high maintenance group.

We hadn’t been to Hana in awhile. Everything was fresh and delicious. The yellow tail carpacio with truffle was as excellent as we remembered. The spicy tuna roll, shrimp tempura roll, and every other roll we had were as good as any we’ve had, for literally half the price as the best boulder sushi spots.
Service was great. Booth atmosphere is nice. We will return soon!

The lighting doesn’t do the photos justice, but it was amazing. Both presentation and taste were phenomenal. Loved the food and the atmosphere. A nice date location or a fun place for a get together amongst family. The prices were decent for a sushi based meal, came out to roughly $20/person.

Our favorite sushi restaurant in Colorado, Eric and his team consistently serve excellent dishes, both hot and cold. The calamari is the best we’ve had. We often order the Supreme Sushi Sashimi combo and I have uni for dessert.

After seeing the good reviews and because we are trying to sample all of the well-reviewed Japanese restaurants in the area, we got takeout from this place one recent evening. I ordered the deluxe sushi sashimi combo and was disappointed. The fish was just fresh enough, but only barely, the slicing and presentation of the sashimi and sushi was not very good, and the sashimi actually had a small portion of fish tail in one piece, which isn’t acceptable at all. The included sushi and dragon roll were all barely average as well. For the nearly $40 entree price before tax and tip, it left a lot to be desired. I also got some fried chicken and it was either actually calamari or was marinated in a way as to make the meat’s texture and color look different than any chicken I’ve ever seen. The miso soup was above average, at least. We have discussed trying again but this time, dining in. When I picked up the order, the restaurant itself was packed and everyone seemed to be enjoying their meal, so maybe takeout just isn’t their thing? All in all, though, we were pretty disappointed in our first experience.

I want to preface the place was slammed when we were there. The udon tasted like metal… and the rest of the food was mid for the price. The service was bad but usually I don’t care as long as the food is good. I’m sure this a much better place when they aren’t so busy,

Got take-out. Chicken Panang was inedible. Threw it away! Chicken Panang was drenched in grease. Even had a puddle on bottom of bowl. Zero coconut milk. Vegetables were mush. Hana’s chicken panang is a hard pass. Such a disappointment & $$ & I’m hungry.

This place was packed, even on a week day. They had 1 table that was “floor” style seating for reservations only it seems.
The sushi was phenomenal. But the service was just okay. Miso soup comes out to start, delicious and the perfect amount of saltiness to start the meal. We ordered the ahi poke appetizer and it came out in this cool margarita glass. The sauce it was swimming in was super tasty, a sweet soy flavor.
I can’t even tell you what rolls we ordered. Everything tasted amazing!!
We also ordered edamame and it came in a small bowl, not enough to share.
Overall, loved the ambiance, they need more servers to help with the dinner rush. We’d go back when we visit again.

Prompt & polite service. I agree with some of the other reviewers that service does feel a bit rushed.

Hubby & I stopped during early dinner time – just wanted a light snack to share since we’d eaten a massive late breakfast.

They automatically provided us miso soups while we perused the menu – soup was OK.

Ordered:
▪︎ Large hot sake – good, we got a 2nd one.
▪︎ Chicken laksa rice noodle – this is huge & very filling, be hungry . I was surprised to see this on a Japanese restaurant menu bec the last time we’d eaten it was in Singapore.. the waitress said the owner or chef was Malaysian so they had added it to the menu. It was OK but we both agreed wouldn’t order it again.
▪︎ 1 of the special rolls: salmon asparagus crunch & spicy mayo – I couldn’t taste the salmon at all (not worth $11 if you can’t even taste the fresh fish) altho enjoyed the crunchiness from the asparagus & crunch.

Really wanted to love this place but the food was overall “OK” = 3 stars..
