Food was good, chef was great. Service was terrible. The server was so rude and acted like we were inconveniencing him by being there. We were taking him away from sitting in the corner playing on his phone. We sat at the hibachi table and there was a family we didn’t know seated with us, they ordered drinks and sushi. They brought out the sushi never brought the drinks. The other family finally asked another server for our drinks and they went and found him and he was over in the corner on his phone. Finally got drinks. My husband asked for double rice twice and when they served us he didn’t get double rice and so I asked the server about it and the server said that he didn’t ask. The other family started laughing and said we’re way over here and we heard it you definitely said it. I couldn’t believe that he tried to blame it on us instead of just apologizing which would’ve been fine and we definitely could’ve just moved on. We never got refills the rest of the night I asked for Japanese mayo three times. This was our first time at Hana and our last. We went there on a recommendation that it was a great place to eat severely disappointed.

Did not sit at hibachi grill, sat at a table with 4 others. Out of 8 orders of sushi, only 2 were decent. The crunch roll has no crunch anywhere. The rest were bland & distasteful. Service was horrible! Waitress did nothing but confuse us to the point that another employee came by after she left to explain some things to us. After she brought our food out she didn’t return until she brought to go plates asking if we needed them. This is when we finally got drink refills. While we were finishing up, she was sweeping underneath table behind us, hitting us with debris from the floor. I had to clean my sandals out. We felt like we rushed to hurry up & leave. Will not be returning!

Best Sushi & Service! It’s the only place I go to for sushi! Food is always fresh & Great! Jogi, the sushi chef, is Awesome, he’s always smiling, he’s very sweet, polite & he cares about the food he makes for all the customers! Hannah, our waitress is very polite, laughing & great! The Jazz roll, LSU roll, Mardi Gras roll, Sweetheart roll, Crab salad, Cucumber salad, Fried Calamari rings & the spring rolls are just a few that I can name off the top of my head that are Awesome!! You can always ask for anything to be added or taken out of any of the rolls too!

First time going and all the employees are very welcoming and helpful. I did not know what side to site on so we want to the at grill with two other people. The chelf was absolutely amazing while he was cooking the food in front of us and the food was absolutely amazing I would be back again.

We sat down at the hibachi table and waited for the chief to show. Meal was excellent not too much salt. Staff was great with bringing us drinks and special items from other menus. Place was clean with no bad smells. The rest room was literally falling apart. Management needs to get the men’s restroom repaired or up graded.
