Atmosphere is open space layout, with tall ceilings and an open kitchen. Service is fast and very friendly. My friend eats gluten free and the server was so attentive and helpful in assisting her what is good to eat that is gf. The food was delicious!! it was so reasonably priced. We had the freshly made pork dumplings, crab ragoons, shrimp lomein, and a Singapore dish. I will definitely be coming back because it’s the best lo mein I’ve had locally.

We were first timers, and can’t wait to go back again to try more of the menu! The Vietnamese shrimp spring rolls were delicious – we were expecting fried and hot, but these were cold appetizers- and fantastic with the peanut dipping sauce, and we ended up ordering a second serving to share! The Shiitake and Bok Choy noodle soup was amazing, and my request to add chicken to the soup was no problem at all… the House Special Noodle Soup was full of protein and veg!! Overall, a great find!! We’ll be back SOON to try more of the menu!

I just moved to ROC – and have been looking for my new favorite Chinese food restaurant. Han Noodle Bar is it! Fast! I swear no sooner had I place our order – food was appearing on our table! Delicious and fresh! We started with crab Rangoon – best in ROC. Then we got General Chicken – the chicken was tender on the inside and perfectly crispy outside – the sauce was delicious! We got the pepper steak and I loved how fresh the peppers and onions were – cooked perfectly and with tender sliced beef. My son got a ramen bowl which he said is the best he’s ever had – and he’s tested many a bowl!! The place has a fun atmosphere – and I didn’t need a rez. Walked in hungry – served quickly – and done! Yum!

Interior was nice with two floors of seating and you can see the cooks making your meal. We had several dishes and were ok. Nothing special in our opinion. Service was subpar. We were not offered refreshments and while placing our order the waiter begins to walk away assuming we’re done ordering. Had to call him back to complete our order to which he replies “that’s a lot of food”. Won’t be back.

I am comfortable there as a lone diner. Service is great. Its clean and comfortable. Not your typical Rochester Chinese food joint. Clean and classy. Simple dishes are the best. Best Scallion pancakes anywhere. Lo mien was excellent. They will add veggies if you ask. Everything I have had was excellent. Great place. I like it there.

First time eating there with 2 adults and 2 young kids, we had very bad experience. The menu was big and looked attractive so I needed to take time checking it, but the lady asked to take menu back like every minute. My food came very fast but didn’t taste good at all. The beef noodles soup had no flavor, barely tasted salty. The noodles were way to soft. The clay pot was warm, not HOT. We were not told that the fried chicken and rice was covered with sauce (not stated on menu neither), when I saw the food, before I even said anything, the lady right away told me that we cannot refund the dish… Last my bill was $47, I took a $50 bill from my husband. As I was trying to calculate how much with tips and looking for coins in my purse, the same lady kept asking questions like where we came from and what we wer doing in Rochester etc, then she picked up the $50 saying it was not enough tips … Honestly I wanna give a zero star instead, will never go there again!

Our first time here and everything was amazing! Our server (Bopha) was attentive & helpful with our ordering questions/giving suggestions. The food was fresh with layers of flavor and creative use of ingredients. Clean & modern deco in this new location. Everything came out quickly and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We will be back!

We had the best server – She was personable and attentive. We ordered the food and it came out about 5min later. The beef brisket soup was really good and the beef and broccoli had a light flavor. The veggies were fresh. It has a fast-casual feel inside. This is a great place to eat on a cold fall evening.
