Stopped in to grab some takeout for lunch while up in the Colts Neck area. The guy that took my order wasn’t too friendly but he wasn’t rude either. He didn’t smile and wasn’t very welcoming. Just kind of asked what I wanted with a very straight face. The establishment was very cold so I wouldn’t recommend eating inside either. I went with the general tsos chicken combo with fried rice and an egg roll. The first thing I noticed when I got my food is how bright and fresh everything looked. The broccoli was bright green and crisp. The chicken had a bright red tinge to it and the fried rice was a vibrant yellow. Kind of looked like Spanish rice. The flavor of the general tsos sauce was one of the best I’ve ever had from a Chinese takeout spot. I would definitely recommend checking out this spot if you’re in the mood for some quick Chinese.

This place deserves more love. The dumplings were amazing and juicy. It’s obviously not going to the best Chinese you’ve ever had but it’s really good for a local spot in Colts Neck. Most of these negative reviews are for their customer service which Asians don’t really care as much about (coming from an Asian). If the rating of an Asian restaurant is between 2.8- 4 stars, the place is yummy. Anything over 4.7 stars = unauthentic.

Their food is not oily. It doesn’t taste like old oil. The only way I can describe the food is that it tastes clean. I don’t usually eat fried rice, but when I tried theirs, I loved it. highly recommend place. I didn’t feel bloated and sluggish after.

We recently moved to Colts neck and decided to try Chinese takeout around our area and saw a couple reviews on how certain things were really good. I was very disappointed in this place. I ordered the shrimp fried rice and got maybe three pieces of shrimp in the whole entire container. I was so disappointed with everything I ordered I will not be ordering from this place ever again

Be VERY CAREFUL when you order from Han Jiang in COlts Neck. Placed our order online for 2 orders of Eggplant Shrimp with Garlic sauce. The order was ready when I arrived BVUT when I got home we had two orders of Shrimp with mixed vegitables. This is the SECOND time that an order was not correct. They offered to send me ONE order of Eggplant Shrimp but my wife and I did not want to wait for it. They then offered me a free order of Eggplant Shrimp the next time I ordered so I asked them to simply put a credit on my credit card for the one order. I was told they “don’t have that function”. I then told them that I will bring the receipt with me the next time I order to be SURE I get the free Eggplant Shrimp that they promised. I find it TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE that they can not process a credit on my card. Absolutely POOR customer service!!!!!

Tried this restaurant again because the good Chinese restaurant by us (Kings) doesn’t deliver. We gave the delivery driver a $50 bill to pay the bill, but he didn’t have any change and ran to his car to look. My husband thought the driver handed me back the $50, but he didn’t. Well we paid the driver using cash we had upstairs and tipped him $5.
We called as soon as they opened the next morning and asked to speak to the manager. We told him what happened and he refused to believe us! Well we will never order from here again and tell everyone we know what
happened!!! You just lost business over $50!!

Lucky to have Han Jiang as our local Chinese spot. The steamed pork dumplings, Mongolian beef, and General Tso chicken are all great. Looking forward to trying more from here!

Great fried dumplings and excellent egg rolls. This place deserves higher than this rating, (sidenote: Kings is overrated.) Lo mein has lots of veggies. Chow mein was healthy and mellow. Nice and close to Source Brewery. Unassuming location but quality food, definitely would return.

Chicken and broccoli is really good. But the dumplings are super spicy. Like my lips are burning spicy. I don’t know if it’s a fluke, or standard. But if you’re a baby like me with spices i would avoid them lol.
