The best hands down and let me tell you all, I’ve been to all of the Chinese restaurants from there to Warren. The customer service is superb, they are always friendly whether when calling in or picking up. When I’m visiting friends and close enough to get delivery I do and am never disappointed. The delivery man is super nice, food always arrives hot and they have never messed up on my order. During Covid upon arrival you can tell they are going above and beyond to keep everyone safe. If you are craving Chinese please go here! You wont be disappointed, I drive over 30 mins to get to them and it’s worth it for quality service and food.

Terrible customer service. They won’t even acknowledge if they inconvenience you by giving you the wrong food after going home. No apology, just make you wait and hand you the correct order with no new bag or utensils.

I’ve been buying here for a while lately I’ve noticed that they give a price for what I asked for but the delivery guy gave me another price today the restaurant guys told me they were 15 but the ep delivery guy told me they were 17 that man wanted to charge me 4 dollars for a service I told him it was 15 and he got angry he started complaining that I didn’t tip him enough besides that it was enough and the dresser is dry I don’t recommend buying in this place with that cook and that clever delivery guy also that now they hear you even ID to pay with card I don’t know what kind of business they are involved in but the city police should investigate

This is reasonable take out. This is pretty good take out. Certainly, it has been Americanized for our taste buds. But for local delivery and take out, it isn’t bad. I find the food to be salty and the quality is a bit hit or miss. I do like the people who work there and the delivery is reasonably quick.

Their new ordering process is really bad. Seems like a call center is doing their orders. Im used to one quick call 1-2 mins to request my food, food arrives in 10-15mins quick and easy. now its 5-10 mins for phone and delivery times really vary, probably because of the added time to ordering causes delays.

I’ve been eating here for years since I was in middle school I called and placed a tonight I forgot to add a drink to my order so I called back it was literally less than 5 mins between each call. The lady on the phone first told me she couldn’t add anything to my order before knowing what I wanted she then told me she already ran my card I said okay I have no problem paying again she again told me no so I told her to cancel my order. She then proceeded to tell me that’s fine that I do this every time I call and

Chinese food is my fast food of choice, so I’m usually very picky with finding a place. Definitely my favorite Chinese place in the area. When I think of good tasting Chinese, I think of the places with the dirty windows that have the yellow film on it because the place is so busy they don’t have time to clean them. This place is super clean AND delicious. I never have had a place this clean taste so good. Those of you who love Chinese know the “hood” spots are always the best. This place meets those standards when it comes to taste. And the people always have a smile on their faces.
