A fantastic, high-value spot for popular Korean soups, noodles, and rice dishes. It’s a self-service environment (order at the counter, no tips) which keeps things efficient and affordable. The complimentary bone broth and coffee machine are great traditional touches. The grilled pork shoulder ($15) was delicious, well-seasoned, and offered a very generous portion size. If you’re looking for a straightforward, delicious meal without the frills of a full-service restaurant, this is the place.

Genuinely such a great spot! Its BYOB and the food is delicious. I have eaten at quite a few places in the K-town of Carrollton and these are by far the best cold noddles around. Even their hot soups were so tasty, the beef wasn’t tough at all and very flavorful! Definitely grab some of their hot broth as well, that stuff will heal your soul. This will definitely be going on my favorites list. My only tiny qualm was I couldn’t find the napkins haha (probably user error)!

We ordered the Donkatsu ($16) and Cold Noodle with LA Galbi combo ($26). The galbi was pretty good and came with a decent amount of pieces. The cold noodle is pretty good too, but I’m personally not a fan of it so it didn’t mean much to me. The pork cutlet was fried well, but it wasn’t very tasty. The curry that came with it also tasted a bit funky and was not very enjoyable. Looking back, the food was a bit pricey for the taste, but the portion sizes were not bad. You order food at the front and pick it up in the back, so they have a no tipping policy, which saves you some money. The place feels like a food court, so it’s a nice casual vibe for a casual meal. Overall, I would recommend for those who want some quick casual Korean food and the other restaurants in Carrollton are too packed.

All I have to say is wow. This place is now one of my favorite places for Korean food. The restaurant is very nice and clean. There absolutely no tipping at this restaurant due to self service. We had the cold noodles and La Galbl and they were so delicious. Everything is very fresh.

Delicious noodles: tried cold noodles for the first time and really enjoyed the taste. The restaurant serves complementary hot broth on the side so I recommend you get some and pair with the cold noodles. I just got the basic beef cold noodles but my friend seemed to enjoy the bibim noodles (same noodles but with a sweet sauce instead of broth).

I’ve been coming here since they opened, so this review is based on years of visits. The food is always great ! The noodles and galbi are my go-tos, and the taste has stayed consistently good (sometimes even better than I remember!).

The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciate.

The service items are great too. The broth is delicious, and recently they even offered coffee service. Most places cut back over time, but they keep adding nice touches. I don’t even drink coffee, but it made me feel grateful.

I’ve eaten in Korea and L.A., and this place is still one of my favorites.

I was craving cold noodle soup so decided to drive 30 minutes to some place different. Upon arrival, they asked us to order up front. There is no tipping since it’s self serve. Once we pay for our food we could sit anywhere. There is a ticket counter on the wall which you need to watch for your number. They won’t call your number but the food does come out fast. When you are done with your food, we have to put the tray away. It does feel like cafeteria style. This restaurant is different and their style of serving is unique. Overall, I like their serving style as they can focus on serving good food. Also, almost forgot I enjoyed my cold noodle soup. It was wonderful. I would totally come back.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for many years and have always enjoyed dining here. However, during my most recent visit, the front desk staff unexpectedly sprayed a strong-scented refreshener in the dining area while I was eating. The intensity of the scent was overwhelming and significantly interfered with my ability to enjoy my meal.

This experience was extremely unpleasant and disappointing, especially given my long history with the restaurant. I am willing to give it another try, but if this issue occurs again, I will unfortunately have to stop dining here.
