Probably one of my favorite places to get patties. They are always flaky and flavorful. The neighborhood is rather questionable but other than that, it’s worth it. You have a great snack/meal for under $10. Highly recommended to me by friends and I definitely recommend to anyone looking for good patties in the greater Fort Lauderdale area.

I don’t know what happened to this place but it’s nothing like it used to. Service was unprofessional which I was unbothered by. I even even left a tip because I wanted to quickly get out of there due to poor service and didn’t care about my change. It’s when I took a 1st bite of the patty it was so disgusting that I had to quickly spit it out. This place use to have the best patties and I truly don’t know what happened. I really don’t look forward to going back there again. Truly disappointed.

The customer service was absolutely disgusting. Ignored for 5 to 10 min and just a stink attitude. Just disgusting. Food is fine can’t ruin a patty but their service was terrible.

I honesty have not been here in a few years. When I moved from the area I totally forgot it was near the other patty store. Stopped in and bought a few spicy beef patties and I could not get past the one because it was huge as well as filling. I did not have dinner and ate this at 11:30 am. It was very good and fresh and a very flaky crust. Only thing is that it was a bit oily. Other than that it was very good.I guess I will be visiting more often. Also while I was there a cop gave a ticket to a fellow customer because she decided to park in a handicap space and had no permit. I assume those are the most expensive patties she ever bought.

They have changed the recipe, amount of meat and size of the beef patty. I believe to save money. They have made these changes and have lost a customer. The was my worst experience at hammonds. The patty is also more flaky similar to golden crust which I don’t enjoy.

The utter disrespect that someone order food and the person goes in the back to have an entire conversation about genitals and have the customer waiting. We have to stop supporting our Caribbean people if they don’t know how to treat people. This was the lady with the big noise wig and bright colors nails.
