Hammett’s Mestizo is a vibrant Meso-South American inspired fusion social dining and drinking experience, with culinary influences expanding from Central America to the Caribbean and from the Andes to Amazon and Patagonia. The food menu offers a plates-to-share concept that aims to explore the authentic flavours of Hispanic American cuisine and re-introduce them as a refined casual dining experience. Respectively, a sommelier curated wine list features some of the best examples of South American winemaking, while the bar is showcasing a unique selection of premium Latin American spirits and inspired cocktails.

Mixed feelings. The chef making the cold dishes is worthy to work in a michelin fine dining restuarant, they both tasted and looked incredible. However, the warm foods were not tasty at all and our group struggled to finish the plates, for example the tacos we were served had 0 seasoning, not even salt, we were able to scramble some salt from the sides of our margaritas as table salt was not available to add some flavour.
The place also did not have any salsas, which is weird for a latin restuarant serving tacos.
Service was friendly. Dinner for 3 with some drinks was around 170 euros.

I had breakfast at Mestizo every morning for two weeks, and the experience was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and consistently fresh. But what truly made it special was the service — Pilar and Diego were perfect! They were always warm, attentive, and made me feel completely at home. Their kindness and professionalism made every visit a pleasure.
Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates great food and exceptional service. Mestizo really knows how to take care of their guests!

The atmosphere was not apparent at 12.00. Ur by the time food arrived more had arrived. The meat was plentiful however not hot. I had three pieces of meat first the sausage which was OK. The chicken thigh however was not good I’ve no idea what had been done to it but was basically not right. The beef was about OK however the sliver skin running through it rendered most inedible. The saving grace was the wine at €19. No lamb or other usual dishes you’d expect altogether an expensive lunch for two nearly edible meat portions for €55. It was a shame I thought it would have been better.

Conceptually, the experience balances fine dining and an elegant ambience whilst also hosting the bar area. We attended a cocktail masterclass at the latter first and the bartender was very knowledgeable, providing an educative and fun time. Following this, we dined there and exploited the sharing concept. We ordered a variety of dishes and the flavours were vibrant in all of them. Service was good but nonetheless, the ambience stands out the most compared to other restaurants and I highly recommend attending a class followed by dinner.

I’m Peruvian and I went for my birthday and everything was truly incredible, the food was delicious, you can really taste the Peruvian flavor, the atmosphere was very warm, welcoming and peaceful and the service was very good, Nory is very helpful and friendly.

Great first experience at this lounge. We enjoyed the professionalism of the staff, specially Nory and Tomas who were eye to eye in details and made us feel very welcome. Their smile and attitude were amazing for our dinner moment. My work mates and me will be back with no doubts.

We found a very special place! Elegant and with a fantastic staff. We enjoy it 2 times, but my favourite dinner was with the picanha I suggest to visit Hammett’s Mestizo for dinner and to enjoy it trying some good cocktails for the after!
