A large selection of wine, beer, and spirits is offered. Our facility features a bar, fine dining side, and a casual brick oven pizzeria side with dedicated friendly staff. Enjoy either menu at both sections of our restaurant. Have dinner and drinks in our front sidewalk dining area. Located in beautiful historic downtown Dalton, Georgia. Was excited to go and was not disappointed! Had an incredible time!! You will not find higher quality pizza in the area! Not to mention the incredible service! Jacey and Valeria were so kind and friendly to my group! They ensured all my needs were met and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction! It’s incredible how Hamilton’s is able to service groups on the larger side, amazing place to bring your friends and family! Overall 10/10, hope to go again soon!!

New Year’s Eve dinner with my lovely wife, and some good food. We both ordered New York strip, with a mushroom sauce, roasted potatoes and egg cream spinach.
The meat was a little tough, but the flavors were spot on.
For dessert we had bourbon creme brulee which was delicious.
Service was impeccable and I recommend their espresso mocha martinis.
Not a lot of parking downtown so be aware of that as you go.

I am president of the local high school drama club – we had a Christmas party here, and it was PHENOMENAL!! We had a group of roughly 25 people and our server Valeria did an awesome job! She made sure everything ran smoothly and was so organized and kind. The other server, Jacey, was also wonderful! They were both so efficient and made sure everyone had a great time. Aside from the amazing service, the food and atmosphere was so amazing! Everyone in our party had nothing but stellar things to say about the entire experience at the end of the night. My only complaint is that it was difficult to find parking, but that’s just what you get when you go downtown and really has nothing to do with the resturaunt itself. If you’re looking for a place to host a large group or even just a few people, this is the place to go! And be sure to ask for Valeria or Jacey because they will treat you right.

Small and tasty place. We had the woodfire pizza, which was good, the crust was perfect though. Light, thin, and just enough crunch in each bite. We also had the calzone, which was OK. Not bad, but not great either. It could have been cooked a little more, as the mozzarella wasn’t quite the consistency I would typically see. However, in all this was a good place. My kids enjoyed the pizza, and the staff was friendly. There wasn’t an open table in the restaurant, so clearly this place is liked by many.

Oh my! This place was spectacular!! The atmosphere was quiet and intimate. The service was out of this world! The food, oh wow, the food. My wife and I each had a calzone and no kidding, they were the best we’ve ever had!! We will definitely be back!!
UPDATE: Still the best calzone that I’ve ever had!! We went on Valentine’s day, and even though I was running late, they kept my table reserved for me! I friendly wave when we walked through the door and outstanding service the rest of the night! This is definitely a place worth checking out and is our go to place when we want a relaxing evening out!!

Advertised as a pizzeria on Google, but when I went in, there were hardly any on the menu. I asked the waitress if there were more options, it felt like she was hesitant about serving pizza here, which was a bit off-putting. I did get the Margherita pizza, and it was pretty good.

I travel for business to Dalton on a regular basis. A friend recommended Hamilton’s, so I tried it on Wednesday, it was pretty good. I went back on Thursday and met the owner, she is friendly lady.

I’ve visited Hamilton’s several times, most every visit is a great experience. Good variety on the menu, a bit pricey, but overall good food. Nice beer selection, love having a place where I can get a Guinness.
