I’ve been eating at this Wienerschnitzel for years, and I usually love the food — especially my go-to order: 2 chili dogs, regular chili cheese fries, and a strawberry lemonade. But this time? Everything was off.
First off, I had to wait way longer than usual just to get the food. And after all that, it wasn’t even worth it.
The chili on the dogs looked weird — more brown than red, like it wasn’t fresh or made right. The fries were pale and soft, like they didn’t even finish cooking. Not crispy, not hot, just disappointing. Then the strawberry lemonade, which is usually my favorite, tasted bitter and had a weird smell. I had to spit it out.
I’ve had this exact meal so many times before, and this one was just bad. It didn’t taste how it’s supposed to at all. I honestly couldn’t even eat most of it — and I hate wasting food.
Super let down by this visit. It wasn’t just one thing — the whole order was off.

There wasn’t that many cars in the Drive-Thru how was the second one in line. Still waiting about 20 minutes, and then got my order wrong. The food was great and the burgers were amazing. Service So so.

Food was good. Soda tasted like it was flavored with used cooking oil. I asked for one of their combos, 3 for $5, but when I checked the receipt later at home I want given the deal and was overcharged about $7. I won’t go back.

Sent my order through door dash. They gave my food to someone who was not my dasher. Door dash sent another one to compensate and they did not want to make it. Either they gave my food to the wrong person or the workers around 10pm are eatinf the food thats being ordered…. i called and no answer…
