Terrible experience. Whole meat patty missing! M my husband took our son to get a burger. One burger was done correctly and the other one you see in this picture. Clearly the staff preparing this was not paying attention or didn’t care. We won’t be going back.

Wow! This place should get awards for WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE FOOD and DANGEROUS DRIVE THROUGH EVER!! They seriously don’t listen to the orders being given because they got it all wrong. What I did receive was a poorly put together hamburger that was cold and had a horrible chemical flavor. Because the drive thru is hard to get in and out of, it was worth going back. Besides, the way they speak to customers is not customer friendly. The photo is of my deluxe hamburger that was supposed to have lettuce, tomato etc. Oh and of my Dr. Pepper….?

Wow, I don’t even know what to say. Wish I could Give this place zero stars. I stopped at Hamburger Stand for a quick bite and As soon as I started ordering i was greeted with nothing but rude attitude because i didn’t say the “mini” corn dogs according to to her. I couldn’t find my wallet so I gave my discover CC without knowing they did not take it. Another horribly rude interaction for no reason not to mention she ripped the drink and food back from me. after telling her she needs to adjust her attitude working in customer service and SHE DECIDED TO THROW A LARGE DRINK AT MY VEHICLE and then threatened me with violence which i got on camera and will attach below. Save yourself and your vehicle. Just steer clear. Not my fault you hate your life. If the video isn’t working head over to yelp.

Placed an order, still wasn’t allowed to use restroom. had to go across street to 7-eleven. had to ask and pay extra for all beef hot dogs, chili is the cheapest chili I have ever had, girl was cute but dumber than a rock, owner doesn’t expect crew to make decisions on their own. No self-thinking of any kind, with their employees. I will not be back to this location. It isn’t worth it. should have just got all beef hot dog and chili at the 7-eleven while I was there.

it’s sad to see the relationship end, but you can’t be with a partner that doesn’t listen :,( communication is key. i dunno how i can mention corn dogs 3 times while ordering and get 0 of the 5 corndogs ordered. my family is hungry. but i didn’t get charged for them which is epic so 🙂 a bonus star for this breakup
