I had to try Hamburger Stan’s because their Instagram Page is EPIC!! The burgers on IG are beautiful all gussied up!! They look like perfect. The burger was good but nothing compared to what was expecting from the pics online. The fries were really good and plentiful. When ordering online was not able to make my burger a combo or order a milkshake which it showed on the menu online. Ordering was only done online due to COVID. Budlong’s Chicken Sandwich is amazing BTW. This is more a review of Hamburger Stan.

This Budlong is one of ten restaurants at the new Eat at Sedgwick, as of June 10th 2020 I think it’s only been open a few days, DoorDash order was delivered from here, food was good, chicken was juicy but kinda rubbery? I think that’s from being cooked at too high a temperature, but biscuit was good. Can not give lower than 3 stars, worth it because of the speed and price but room for improvement gang

This service makes us question whether we even want to order from this location ever again. We called the restaurant 40 minutes after the expected delivery arrival time. The man who picked up the phone asked me for my name, told us he didn’t have our order, then told us it was “gone already”, then asked for my name again, then asked which service we used, then hung up. When I called back, he picked up, heard my voice, and hung up instantly. When I called back a third time, he didn’t answer the phone. When the food eventually arrived an hour late, the extra chicken tenders we purchased weren’t there.
We ordered a second time because we like the chicken, but it’s been 2 hours since we ordered and still no food. You should never order delivery from this location. They steal your money. This business is literally criminal.

Where do I begin. I ordered $60 worth of delivery from this location that was never delivered. I tried calling the restaurant and received an automated notification that the number I was trying to reach was unavailable. I was able to get a hold of the third party delivery service and they notified me that if I ordered delivery directly through the Budlong’s website that the restaurant would not dispatch any delivery drivers and all delivery orders would have to be made through Grubhub. Why does the website even allow delivery orders if they aren’t even going to deliver the product?!?! After numerous attempts to get a hold of the location via phone, I tried emailing the owner to get a refund via the email address provided by the owner in the numerous bad google reviews this restaurant has received. My first two emails were ignored and upon my third attempt to get in contact, I received notification that the email address was shut down and no longer existed! Needless to say, I will never be ordering from this location or any other Budlongs location EVER AGAIN. I used to tell people that this was the best chicken sandwich out there. Now I will tell them to avoid at all costs!

Ordered a chicken sandwich and 2 orders of 3 piece Chicken Tenders. All of the chicken on both the sandwich and tenders was way under cooked and rubbery. The spices and breading looked delicious, but when you took a bite, it was gross. Spent over $50 and had to throw it out

Order Budlong chick through door dash and half my order was messed up. Order two chicken sandwiches and a hot plate and received three sandwiches. I had items missing as well. When I tried to call multiple times and no one ever answered. Probably won’t order from here again.

Good chicken, terrible service, don’t even try getting delivery from them. Their grubhub phone number doesn’t list this location, their google phone number is wrong. And no tracking on the order status, and food never came in an hour. Order in person or try another place

The Budlong is a great restaurant and their sandwiches are top-of-the-line to die for but this location is lower quality than their other locations. Online delivery orders have been incorrect most times that I have ordered from this location.
