After the experience I had here on Thursday I will not be returning. My friends and I went through the drive through for a late lunch. While the lady was repeating our order there were issues with her headset and we couldn’t hear her so I drove forward to confirm our order. The problem began as I was trying to confirm our order at the window. A male manager interrupted our interaction and began demanding to know why she was taking an order at the window. Even after the employees and I explained there was a technical problem he continued to be rude and bark orders at the woman instead of allowing her to tend to us the customers. My friend then apologized to me for asking to come to this establishment. The entire interaction made everyone involved uncomfortable and upset. The food was correct and the woman at the drive through did the right thing by tending to us. I however will not return because I do not condone the abuse of the employees and lack of consideration for us the guests. I have over 20yrs experience in the service industry and many of those in a leadership role. Poor management is the fastest way to lose employees and customers.

It’s in the middle of the city basically and, they do give military discounts so I got 15% off military discount babe I mean the food’s not to die for but the food is good, it’s better than you can make it home, but it’s expensive. And I mean I believe that it’s more expensive than your average restaurant, I mean it’s not McDonald’s either so, you get better food for the same price then you would at McDonald’s but it’s still $20 to go in there and eat and so I just think that that’s getting too expensive I guess it’s comparable to anywhere else, but it’s still ridiculous

Ordered the jumbo hamburger and came out like the regular burger and was raw. Sent it back and they brought another out that looked like Edward Scissor hands got a hold of it and was still pink and not the jumbo burger the other two restaurants have. Also had ordered the double burger and it was pretty much the same way. Spent $33.00 on that meal for 2 and had i known I could have spent the same at another burger place that was cooked completely. The inside of this location had old seating that were mismatched color and paint peeling from the chairs and aloe of the booth backs were missing and looked like they had not even renovated the dining area. Some of the rack shelving in in the front lobby and in my opinion, needs to be behind the counter. The employees were very nice and courteous. For this to be a new location, it would seem they would have renovated the entire inside with the brand of Hamburger Heaven. The Irondale and 280 locations have been there forever and are still hands down much better restaurants.

I had the jumbo cheeseburger and cheese fries and my son and husband had the holy cow cheeseburger and fries. Everything was hot and fresh, the fries were nice and crispy, the burger was juicy and delicious. We got a peach milkshake to go that was delicious. Definitely coming back.

It is your standards fast food chain with a Christian music twist. The restaurant was fair cleanliness could’ve been a little bit better in the bathroom and in the dining area. The staff is super friendly and the food was cooked well the quality was good. The shake was very good The southern lies were decent. Definitely not worth $3. Overall it was a good experience and I didn’t hear again. I’ll be willing to try a breakfast here!

The Burgers were so delicious. They were perfectly cooked, juicy, full of flavor, perfect amount of toppings. Husband had the #8. It was to die for. I has the Single Burger. It was so very good. The Fries were perfect. The Banana Pudding was OMG Good. Husband had the Peach Sundae. He said it was to die for. I had the Key Lime Pie Shake. It was very good.

Has that ma and pa feel to it at least the location I went to in Gardendale. The hamburger patties are thick and juicy even the sliders are not to be underestimated.
Craving a huge homemade style burger try the Holy Cow burger with thick cut fries or thick cut sweet potatoe fries my personal fav. Lastly they have the best banana pudding just like my grandma used to make delish. Highly recommend if in the area.
