Service is fantastic. The employees are very nice and personable. The food was a bit underwhelming for the price. The fries were cooked in burnt grease and brought that flavor with them. The burger was cooked decently, but for what you pay, a quarter pound patty is a measly portion.

Great customer service. Food was okay, but a bit overpriced for the quality. It was $35 for 2 adults and 2 young children. The hamburger patty was super thin and a bit overdone on the edges. Fries were cooked to the point that they were crispy and hard to chew. We were hungry and ate it, but I don’t anticipate going out of my way to go back.

This place is truly a Time capsule of joy and happiness. The Customer service I received was Wonderful, everyone their was just so pleasant. The burger Combo with the hand cut fries us the way to go. I will definitely be stopping back by when I m in Dixie Inn Louisiana again.

Got caught in the Great Flood of ’16 and needed a meal and a bathroom. This place reminded me of some of the great mom&pop hamburger stands of the ’60s (my teen years). The burgers were fresh and tasty, the fries thin and crispy. The service was wonderful, friendly and inviting – a happy place with decent food. If I ever get stuck in Dixie Inn again, I will return!

Excellent. Huge billboard on the freeway advertising fresh hot donuts is what got me to pull off on the exit and find this place. It’s not very easy to find, But if you keep looking it’s down on the right hand side. Anyways, hoping to try a fresh homemade southern donut, I got off the freeway at about 11 a.m. found the place and went inside and they were all out of donuts. So I was kind of bummed so if you get there after 10, I guess they’re very limited on what they have left.

Positives: Friendly service & convenient location, food ready fast. Negatives: Absolutely had the nastiest bathroom I have EVER been to in a restaurant. I stopped counting dead roaches when I got to 20 in the stall I was eager to leave. The dried vomit on and around toilet was also disgusting. When my Mom brought bathroom condition to management, he acted annoyed. He said he would get to it later even though he was just sitting at register listening to music. Yucko! Food was below average with above average prices.
