Well it’s been awhile since I have been to Hamburger Depot Beaumont TX, and there is a good reason. Service was terrible, food was pricy, and food was just plain terrible, (greasy, no flavor, except the bitterness of pickled jalapeno peppers that I added, tasted just like mustard, which i do not care for that taste, restaurant was dirty, floor was sticky!) Will not be back.

The food was outstanding, and the people working there were even better! Such a great vibe! We took pics after we already started eating cause those pickle spears absolutely changed the game. One of my go to places while on my lunch break. All American food cooked by some of the friendliest cooks I have ever met and served by some of the most amazing front counter people. The fried cheesecake will service any big-back needs, lol. I am said big back, lol. Will definitely return. This isn’t a drive thru. The window tint is dark and it looks closed at first. Excellent customer service. Everyone was very nice. Food Is delicious and they have all the options I like for a loaded burger. I prefer a homestyle burger and that’s what they have.

I was so disappointed I’ve heard some really good things about the place but aside from the burger the rest of the meal was greasy and gross and I had hair all throughout my food it was horrible. Fresh, cooked to order. My pattymelt was lightly grilled, juicy, and delicious. The dining room was nice and clean. My husband had a small cheeseburger fixed just the way he likes it. Cheesecurds are awesome. Mark & Dwayne had a friendly conversation while the burgers were prepared. Will be visiting this location in Beaumont, Tx. All the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Popular place with delicious and well sized burgers, sandwiches, and baskets. Fries and curly fries were also tasty. Soda and tea had free refills. Plenty of space inside. They get pretty busy during lunch hours, but move quickly.

I am not happy with my visit today! I normally go to hamburger depot at least 2 times a week… I except great service… today I only went for my sweet potato fries..: I paid 4.00 for like 20 fries!!! They were cold when I got there I asked to get them remade, the guy manager Dewayne was not happy about that. My lady friend manager was not there or I didn’t see her but she is amazing, caring, friendly, and a hard worker very genuine unlike the other guy!!! I’m not sure if I’ll go back and I may advise my coworkers not to either… if I go to hamburger depot it may be the one down town now….
