The best sushi in town! They have been open for 30years! Very authentic Japanese and Korean food. The fish is always fresh! Unlike some other restaurants they use old frozen fish that tastes like dry wood. I highly recommend their sushi combo deals !

This place is so adorable! The service is great and it’s some of the freshest sushi I’ve had. The rolls are HUGE which is nice. Staff is super friendly and we chatted about Premier League and the Olympics for a while. All in all a wonderful place.

I love this place! Hands down Hama Sushi in Herndon is a gem for authentic Japanese cuisine. The Katsu Chicken is perfectly crispy and flavorful with a nice light cole slaw to compliment it while the Miso Soup and house salad are also both fresh and satisfying. Their California rolls are a standout, packed with flavor and orange caviar. Don’t miss the Gyoza dumplings—they’re delicious and a great addition to your meal. I very much recommend this spot for anyone craving genuine Japanese food!

Hama Sushi is the best sushi restaurant that I’ve found in Herndon so far. I tested them by ordering an a la carte tamago (egg) nigiri and it came back hot and freshly made! Delicious! I ordered a miso soup, one of their specials and a yellowtail roll afterwards – all excellent. Highly recommended!

Though we have ordered from this place multiple times for pick up and delivery, this is our first time dining in for a late dinner. Place is super clean, very calming, the staff is very attentive and excellent customer service. Food is very good. Ramen is on point, Japanese style chicken curry was delicious, siomai was also good and to top it off with fried ice cream and hot green tea was perfect. We will be back.
