Was craving a burger and wanted something different, so I decided to stop in after reading the reviews. The staff were very welcoming and provided recommendations on what to try for a first timer. I went with the Olive burger since it was unique, and this was a great decision. The burger was actually fresh and had great flavor, the olives gave it the right amount of saltiness plus some crunch which I enjoy, the buns were great too. Come to later find out they use beef tallow to cook which is rare to find in a lot of fast food joints. Fries were also delicious and perfectly cooked. Drink options were great, Boston cooler was interesting. I also dined in since the place was very clean. My left overs were still good later on. This is a must try for a good fast food burger!

We love Halo Burger!!! We always have wonderful service. Today we were greeted by a smiley Kylah. I give her a 10/10. She took our order and was so kind. Our order came out exactly as we ordered it. I only get the famous Olive Burger. They put an incredible amount of olives on my delicious burger. They do not disappoint! Kuddos to the chef. The Birch run store doesn’t compare to this store,
As we dined in the restaurant, Kylah came out and cleaned everything and stocked the lobby area. My pet peeve is going out to eat and all the tables are dirty. Not here! She did a great job. This location is lucky to have such a great employee.
I just wish this place was busier. I don’t want them to close up. We’ll definitely be back!!

I ordered this on Doordash, but ill the same….I wanted to share my experience of Haloburger, now that we finally have one nearby! I remember the one in Flint from our travels up north.
The fries were ok. They were probably better while they were hot, but still not necessarily my favorite fries. Still decent.
The burger was fresh tasting and still nice and warm upon arrival. The bun was soft and fresh. Burger was juicy, cooked to perfection. Sometimes thin patties wind up like shoe leather. These were not.
All in all, great job. I got to relive some good memories. And have a tasty dinner.

Easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. The manager (I believe) was amazing, he seen I had my 2 small kids with me and helped get me situated, got a high chair for my son, brought the food out to us, interacted with my kids. Honestly just felt at home or somewhere where they were happy to have us. I’ll be back and definitely recommend to everyone! Food was great but the Customer service alone was a 10/10

Was the first time we have been to Halo Burger on Garfield. Had a very good experience with the staff who was friendly, food was very good. Got the olive burger combo, with fries. Best fries I have had in awhile!! Burger also was amazing!! We will definitely be going back again!

We saw the Tik Tok video and decided to go! The location needs to be moved because traffic back up is a hazard on Garfield, plus you have cars waiting to turn in, but can’t cut the line unless someone is kind enough to let you in front of them once the drive thru line moves up. My concern is there is only one way in and out.
Once we got in the parking lot, we parked and went in for the full experience.
We was the 3rd person in line, clearly no one wanted to go in and ordered. We watched the kid at the register take orders and wondered if he was ok or scared of customers. His demeanor didn’t change. It’s our turn to order.
Justin, who took our order was either having a bad day, or needs more customer service training. He didn’t greet us, didn’t smile not even one word. He just stared until we finally ordered. Like he did with the customers in front of us.
It didn’t take long to receive our order.
The hamburgers were good! The fries weren’t fresh, which was weird because as busy as they were the fries didn’t have time to sit. So my next thought is the grease could have been old or needed changing.
As we sat there and ate our food, soon people began to come in to order, so the Manager moved Justin out of the way and took over taking orders. He knew what he was doing as he laughed and talked to the customers.
The food was reasonably priced. I might give them another try once the newness wears off

I like Halo Burger. The burger is good quality and the boston cooler couldn’t be better.
My last experience with as better than this one. Latoya was unfriendly when she took my order. She patronized me when I didn’t know what type of plain burger I wanted (they didn’t ask me this last time) and when I ordered a medium halopenos (which is apparently the only size).
My onion rings nor the halopenos came with the sauce listed on my receipt. The cheese sauce I paid extra for was cold, probably straight from the can. The halopenos are not good, so bready and flavorless.
By the time I got to the window, Latoya was gone and Nina took care of me. She apologized for the long wait (10 mins for 1 car in front of me)….I don’t think I’ll be back for anything except the shake.

Pathetic burger! Looks like someone sat on it. Bun was so old it was cracking. Thin dry tasteless meat. Wont ever go back. Worst burger I’ve ever had. We’ve watched multiple burger places come and go at this location. Halo Burger will be no different… out of business in two years or less serving garbage like this.

We stopped lastnight 2-12-26 about 10 minutes before close. The employee was by himself, it seemed like anyways, he wasnt very happy. But the food made up for it. Amazing… makes me think of Hot n Now . We ordered fried Cheese curds and onion rings with 2 burgers.. delicious food.. we will go back for sure. Wish they had more locations down in macomb county…
