Haven’t been here since 2008. Love this olive burger. So good. Kids said they loved their burger as well. Store was clean and well kept. Kids liked the play area. Everything was great.

Delicious fresh burgers and toppings. I rarely get over in this area, but once every blue moon a stop here for a burger and fries. Double QP burger was excellent and the fries were hot and fresh and tasty as well. Good friendly fast service. Which unfortunately isn’t the norm at most fast food restaurants in Michigan.

The burgers we had were delicious. But the attitude of the workers and the unfriendliness was palatable.
Went to Flint so stopped in again the service was a lot friendlier than last time. They even wished me a Merry Christmas. Management must have given them a pep talk. Good food good service keep it up.

Ordered a mushroom Swiss supreme, I thought the bag felt light when handed to me. But Ai drove away without looking at it. When I took the first bite, I got nothing but bun. Then I looked at. It was obvious 5hey put a QP patty with 3 mushroom pieces on a Supreme bun. This was no mistake, it was to obvious when you looked it to not be aware that it was wrong. They simply robbed ,me. $9 for a small patty and a big bun and 3 mushrooms. All of the Halo locations have seriously declined over the years, which explains why so many have closed, but this one is by far the worst I’ve been to. Not the first time, should have known better

I really like Halo Burger food. Good burgers, good chicken. But their customer service is not so great. My lunch is around 1:30. Sometimes they’re super busy but most times they aren’t around then. They always sound so annoyed to even take an order. Get to the speaker and “place your order”. They don’t ask what size, what side etc. Never a “thank you”. Zero manners. Total annoyance with you. And asking for a drink holder seems over the top to them. I get having a bad day or an off day, but it’s every time I go there. I’ll probably be heading to Rally’s from now on.

The woman working the drive-thru today was blowing her nose while packing up food. She kept the used napkin in her hand while touching food items and opening bags, and in between that she continued wiping her nose. Thankfully, I had placed a mobile order, so she didn’t handle my food – but she bagged at least five other customers’ orders, including fries, with the same hand.
It also took about five minutes before anyone assisted me, though the gentleman who eventually helped was very kind and professional. He apologized for the wait and was working the fry station. The food here is always good, but seeing such poor hygiene and the risk of spreading illness really makes me rethink visiting this location. My visit was around lunchtime on 11/25.

Classic burger diner! They have a lot of options from a classic burger to specialty toppings burgers, chicken sandwiches, chicken strips, and hotdogs. The side options a plentiful, and you can grab a milkshake or hand pie, too.
The favors were very good! And the portion sizes were good. This not a national fast food chain so plan to spend $10 and up for your meal. It’s worth it.

Not the Halo Burger of past….Menu is confusing ,olive burger just wasn’t the same.Seems that the burger was hastily put together and was a big mess to eat ,luckily I went home and it didn’t fall apart in my vehicle. Now I know why there is no line ,nothing special to return to.
