Yesterday I tried calling, no answer. I was going to Wolf run saw they were open. Went in to order. I ordered everything but oil on my cheese steak. Got home was served a bun, nothing but a small amount of meat . The time I set there phone rang off the hook, girl didn’t answer even with no one at counter . I called to speak with the manager this morning. I was the one who was in the wrong. I never complain about anything. I normally just expect things. But when I paid good money, left a nice tip. You want more than just a bun . Instead of making it right. She blamed me. Stating she may not of heard you right. Trust me I spoke clearly, and didn’t order a bun with light meat . I will be getting my cheese steaks from Millie’s from here on our . I have been a good loyal customer for years. And being respectful to your costumers is important.

Went for lunch,ordered wrap without mayo and tomato. Came with tomato and told her as soon as they brought it to the table. She took it back and just took the tomato off. Obviously not asking if I’m allergic and juices are still all over it. Then I ask if she just removed it to confirm and she says yes. I said please just refund me. She tells me I cannot because you did not order it without tomatoes which I did in fact and always do and my partner confirmed. I tossed it right in the trash. We will never go back and I went here for years

Real cute place with good subs and ice cream. We ordered a 9” personal pizza today and it was nice and crispy with lots of cheese.

I have gone here for over 10 years almost every Saturday night. When waiting in line a gentleman in front of me ask about a specific person that worked there. He reply loud as could be he was fired and the reason why. First no other employees should know why a person was fired. Second they have no business telling Partons about why.

Have been getting food here weekly for a long time. Today, they misheard the order on the phone and argued with me, saying I ordered the wrong thing and they are NOT replacing it. I had to pay for a whole other order to get what I wanted even though I cannot eat the one that was made by mistake. The lady making the food was super rude and unprofessional, yelling that I did in fact order the wrong sub, which is not true. The woman at the checkout was kind and is always nice.

Always a great choice for lunch or dinner. Cheesesteaks are phenomenal and big. They’ll make it however you want it. I’ve been getting cheesesteak salads and they are also huge. Very busy place but they’re very efficient and the wait times are minimal. Parking out front, on the side and out back. They even have some ice cream for dessert or while you’re waiting on your meal.
