Act this was mys first time eating Cuban food. And I can say its way better and flavorful than Mexican food ❤️❤️ . Like literally the Guava Pastry, House Salad with that Ranch Sauce, Grilled Chicken with them grilled onions and Cuban Balck Bean n’ Rice were OMG y’all. Now I was a bit scared about trying out the Yuca. So I didn’t eat it, but now I kinda regret from not earing it . But next time Imma definitely eat some, just gonna ask the lady to put it on the side in a cup for me. Nothing can compare to this Well its similar to our native Red Beans n’ Rice, but they got more flavor and soul. (Even though its dry, wish they were creamer though , but its ok) But yea we got soul too in our food, but only in our Black owned restaurants. Which I don’t see many out here . Wish they were many here, because these white folks here can’t cook, they lack in soul and flavor when they cook. But yea, I say support Black and Brown Local Business within the Community because we need diversity/equity/inclusion. It just makes things more interesting and exiting ❤️❤️

I’ve been eyeing this restaurant for a while now and never stopped in. Let me tell y’all, if you’re in Morgan City, stop. The Ropa Vieja sandwich I had was phenomenal. The customer service was excellent from the time I walked in the door. I was even offered some Cuban Coffee while I waited for my order, which was only about 10 mins. It was delicious as well. The place is very clean and welcoming. I will definitely be going back to try the rest of menu items.

This place is new to our small town and a breath of fresh air. The food was seasoned perfectly. The portions were very generous. The pork and beef we got was so tender! I was able to ask questions and get good descriptions of the menu items to help me decide what to try. Highly recommend you try them out! Also tried some of the yummy treats they carry

Delicious and super friendly staff. Amazing portion for the price. Everything was super fresh and the salad that comes with the Cuban was enough for a meal on its own! Absolutely loved it and we will be back!

Simple interior, but exquisitely clean & well cared for. The food is among the best offered in Morgan City & could hold its own in any major metropolitan area. Everything is made to order, so come with your appetite & a friend (or two) & try a little bit of everything. The servings are generous & the price is most assuredly fair.
