Clean, nice, well kept little place that I go to every once in awhile to get coffee & a cinnamon roll with my daughter. Its so soft & perfectly frosted! Coffee is good & different options for drinks available too. Pastries, and what not are offered here. I will return again just for the friendly service alone. I will post a Pic next time to show all the goodies they have! Give this place a try of your in the area. Reasonably priced also so thats always a plus!. Ty

Stopped in for coffee ☕️ and breakfast. Got the croissant with ham, bacon, egg and cheese. Excellent sandwich…. very filling. Tried the raspberry truffle mocha for coffee ☕️
Very friendly and helpful staff. Always enjoy going here. Great menu choices. Brought home blueberry danishes when leaving. So many pastry choices you won’t be disappointed

This was the second time I’ve had food delivered from this restaurant. Due to Ubers refund policy, I don’t ever qualify for refunds from Hall St Bakery because they *almost* get it right and that’s good enough for Uber (I know, I know; I need to stop using them blah blah blah, but this is not something the driver can control). I ordered very simple; ham, egg, and cheese sandwich, on sour dough; add bacon. That’s it. That’s all.
First off, it came fast, hot and not smushed (thanks Uber Eats). That’s wonderful! However, the sandwich was drier than the Sahara! No cheese, no onion jam, not even a little butter lol. Sooooo dry! And no bacon. No bacon, that I’m sure I paid extra for smh. So I have two half slices of sourdough, an egg, and a singular slice of ham (quite thin actually). Mind you, the sandwich was $8-$10.
The first time I ordered from this place, I ordered two Chai lattes with espresso and they didn’t add the espresso or sweetener. I didn’t qualify for a refund on that one either. Restaurants like this one need to be held accountable for pushing out pricey, extremely mediocre food and drinks, while maintaining a high rating. It doesn’t make sense to me at all!

Fantastic food, a warm and welcoming space, and a very friendly and attentive staff.
Stopped for lunch and had the tuna on sourdough. Great flavors, good portions, and a good price. I need to come back and try breakfast.
Also bought some cookies and bread to take home.

New owners but the same ambiance. They have a variety of pastries, cakes and breads to choose from. And a full-service coffee bar. Nice seating inside and outside. The outside seating in particular nice since it’s not right on the curb of a busy road and has some shady seating usually. My go to here is a dark roast coffee and one of their great scones. My buddy does a pastry. On my last visit I had a non-sweet treat, a focaccia roll with a little butter. Fewer calories and a nice treat.

Enjoyed our free pizza from the Red Envelope. The Gluten Free pizza was very good. Highly recommend it. My son had the regular crust pizza which was also very good. Really large pieces of pepperoni.

I really want to like this place but the service is terrible. I’ve been here a couple times recently with the family, the first time we ordered in and it took them close to 40 mins to get food out, soup was cold sandwich also cold, pizza is the only thing that was worth eating. We tried to order for take out the next time and they forgot to put the pizza in the oven so we waited close to 40 mins for them to realize they never fired the pizzas we ordered. Staff needs some serious work.

The place was freezing cold- we kept our coats on throughout dinner. Every time a customer enters or leaves the cold blast sweeps in. The food took a long time to arrive. The soup came after we had started our entree and the potato soup was curdled and just warm. The Cuban sandwich bread was scorched black. I cannot speak for the French dip but all 5 of us later commented on the mediocre food, long wait for it and the cold.
