Stayed at a nearby AirBnB and ate here several times. Loved the signature burger. Good coffee. Breakfast hash and smaller fares were great. Definitely recommend the cinnamon bun and pecan pie. Most of all, enjoyed the feeling of community here. Felt like the heart of the town.

I stop in here everytime I drive through. It’s not a fast food place, the food is cooked to order. I’m stuck on their Monte Cristo Sandwich. I can never finish the whole thing, I think it’s almost an inch thick and cooked all the way through, my next time through I’mbringing a ruler, to check my eyeball measurements. I always get a slice of their Coconut Cream Pie to go.

Camping in the area and went to breakfast and it was great. Steak and eggs and they even had gluten free toast available in request. Server Tonya was amazing with friendly quick caring service. The pie looked delicious and I plan to return. Prices were very reasonable and inside there are about 12 tables and outdoor seating is also available. Has a “cozy” homestyke vibe and there were heaters on the patio area. I saw several people come in and pick up take out orders that appeared to be traveling. Would not hesitate to recommend this jewel alongside the road.

Hidden gem of a restaurant in the Olympic National Forest near Rocky Brook Falls. Waitress immediately made us smile as we came in. Ordered food and ate outside with a nice cool breeze. My turkey club and fries were both filling and delicious. My wife said the salmon burger and clam chowder were as well. The four young adults with us had no problems finishing their meals and complimenting the chef. Finished everything off with a piece of coconut creme pie that melted in my mouth.

Cannot beat the prime rib special at this home cooking local spot across from the canal. All 5 courses were delicious and the dessert options are amazing.

Great food! I usually go for dinner and get a burger which are delicious but we went for breakfast today and got the Eggs Benedict and it was probably the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had. The cook Emily knocked it out of the park. She was quick too. That’s Healy my only complaint for dinner is the speed of the cook and servers. And homemade pie! Yum!!

A great upgrade with fun staff! Thank you so much for the remodel. The warm and welcoming exterior helped me walk in this morning for a crab melt I had been craving. I grew up in the community as a summer camper. I was looking to enjoy my childhood area and today was warm, sunny, and friendly here. Oh, the food was to die for…also…
No wait for coffee or OJ.
The breakfast options are endless and big portions. We liked the chicken fried steak with eggs and hashbrowns.
My crab melt was just like I remembered. Love the clam chowder with herbs and the right thickness.
5 stars today all around.
Go vote for them on Best of Jefferson County.
Thank you for your service to the men and women in uniform saving Mt. Jupiter.

The Halfway House, a Brinnon landmark for many years, is a small restaurant with an old fashioned diner feel. The main restaurant seats about 40 people at tables with an additional 7 stools at the counter.
The staff is welcoming and friendly and many of the patrons are locals. The food was excellent, and they sell wonderful homemade pies. If you like seafood, there are lots of choices. I hear they also serve a wonderful breakfast, but I haven’t personally tried it.
