I’ve never been to this place. I did have a friend invite a bunch of us to go there this weekend. That won’t be happening. I called to see if they needed a server, the gentleman that answered the phone was so rude I couldn’t believe it. He said if I don’t have the nerve to show up and ask he don’t want me. Like sir , why would I waste my time going there and giving you an app with my social on it to sit there? No thank you. And the nerve to come in? Does he think he’s scary? Afraid not sir. You just made sure I will never go there nor will my friends. Why would you treat people like that? The world is hard enough a little kindness on the phone never hurt anybody. But I hope he had a blessed day. I really do. I hope no one makes him feel like he did me.

I have brought this up many time I have a elderly father we come every week but the high tables he can’t sit they only have 4 lower tables so when buzy its not accessible for him to sit. I have brought this up many times before the Manger Robyn doesn’t care there used to be a suggestion box heard she tore it down . In fact when she helps waitresses every now and then her attitude sucks. We spend alot of money here annually and adding a few small tables is needed if your manager take care of this

So shocked they charge a DD for soda water!!! We won’t be back. Robyn, thank you for taking the time to respond. I do want to mention that referring to your business as solely a restaurant feels a bit misleading when the name is Sports Bar & Casino. Like many guests, we chose your establishment specifically to watch a game. While we did order food, the main reason for our visit was the sports atmosphere, which is what your name suggests. Our frustration is the Soda was just as much as our beer. Seems extremely steep.

We came here because the pictures made it look like a good spot — TVs, nice vibe, all that. Unfortunately, the food and service were a huge letdown. We ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich, and both were sad excuses for a meal. The chicken sandwich looked like sliced salami, no lettuce, tomato, or onion, just a couple of pickles. The burger wasn’t any better.
We tried to flag down our server, Zachary, several times just to get condiments, but he was nowhere to be found. My husband literally had to go into the kitchen himself to grab something. We even asked about happy hour, and the server’s answer was basically, “I don’t know.”
Save your money — you’ll get better food and service at any fast-food place. Don’t waste your time here.

Went in for dinner and there was a bunch of young kids from a hockey team there in a Sports Bar (for Adults) it was very annoying to say the least. Had to wait about 75 min. For a hamburger. Very poor experience and not a place to take young kids like this.

Took 3 times to buffalo sauce on my wings, refills were done but a little slow. Basketball was only in a few TVs and it was so loud with the boxing pay per view it was hard to have a conversation. I think your review might be a little one-sided. It’s definitely good to get both sides of the story. I’ve also experienced Clarissa’s service, and after about 5 years of her service, I’ve never seen her treat her customers rude or even close to poor. I can almost guarantee she read this review and cried! The service industry is a hard job. Trying to please every different personality type can become overwhelming! So please dont judge a person on 1 interaction. That is absolutely not fair. And if you witnessed the event, you would have seen that the place was packed, the customers were warned ahead of time about the wait, and these particular customers your talking about, were so packed together, she would have dumped the water on the table, if she tried to put them on the table herself. Please be fair and have more than 1 experience with an establishment and more than 1 experience with a sweetheart of a waitress. Thank you for your kindness❤️
