I’m assuming they’re famous for their wings & ribs I got a catfish plate. Salty I’m still not sure if it’s catfish. The coleslaw I’ve never encounterd such a taste. Catfish plate I’ll give a 3 out of 10 way too salty

A real hometown dive spot. Had the ribs – extremely tender but had hot spicy BBQ sauce. I really prefer a sweet sauce. If you like them hot then their your ribs. Baked beans and fries rounded it out. I thought I was getting Texas toast but turned out to be two pieces of white bread – no butter or toasting. Asked for coke and they brought a can. After fishing all day I could have used a few refills and toss the spicy ribs in, I was parched. Still tasty food. Bathrooms were gas station worthy.

A real home style hamburger
Wet Fried Green Tomatoes
Hamburger was great, except no cheese please, means no cheese.
They prefer cash, plastic gets a surcharge.
Nice local place to eat.
Magnolia is open now from the Jack’s direction, closed at 78.
This order, a hamburger and fried tomatos was $17, no drink, no fries.

First of all the folks were nice and welcoming. We got the wings, shrimp, and fries with the pretzel appetizer plus a couple of margaritas and beers. The food was pretty good. Nothing over the top amazing. Basically frozen to fryer then seasoned with pre-made sauces. I didn’t get the impression that anything here was house made. The fries were the best thing overall. Crispy and well seasoned. The margaritas were a complete rip off. We ordered two before looking up and seeing that all mixed drinks and margaritas are $15 each. This is bougie hand made from fresh squeezed lime and Demerara sugar Atlanta prices for what is literally store bought margarita mix and a dash of tequila. Those margs should have been six bucks on the high end, not fifteen. All told it was eighty bucks for mid level food and bottom tier drinks. There are many places in town that’ll impress you and send you home with food for that price so I don’t see us coming back.

First time here and we will be back often. Wonderful food and everyone was so nice. Just moved from Nashville and this is the best food we’ve had anywhere.
