Wow! What an amazing dining experience. I had almond crusted chicken, sweet potatoes creme brulee and grilled asparagus with an amazing sauce! See pix. Becky was such an amazing bartender and server! I sat at bar. She is adorable, so polite and sweet and funny. Treated me and all guests at the bar like kings and queens. You can tell she loves people and her job! I was staying at a hotel down the street on way to Destin and just found this amazing place. It’s in an old elementary school with other bars In building. Great idea. This restaurant has been there 3 yrs I was told. Prices awesome, decor awesome. Food unbelievable!

This location was beautiful, pending your reason it had a rustic romantic vibe with the low light and intimate table lighting. The chef brought it food out, if imagine that depends on what you order. Our server was very attentive. Everything was great minus the seafood pasta, it lacked major flavor, I was disappointed. She brought me some Cajun seasoning and it made it tolerable. The steak was cooked to perfection and very flavorful, drinks were a nice size and the apps were good, we tried voodoo wings and shrimp both were great. I really loved the bisque, I got a cup but if her a bowl next time!

Thursday Steak night. I went to Half Shell Oyster House because of the reviews for their Steak. This place was uniquely decorated as a scene in the French Quarter. I liked the music which was New Orleans inspired. The Shrimp Appetizer was very good. I got the Red Beans and Rice and Broccoli for my sides and they were great. I ordered the Ribeye. The Ribeye was cooked to the right temperature but was just a little too tough for me, as you can see, I left most of the Steak unfinished. I would definitely return here again and try the other offerings on the Menu. The place seemed very popular, and for good reason.

I’ve been to many Sea Food Restaurants but this place is hands down the best place I’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere was great the service was on point and the food was amazing.

I cannot give enough praise to this place & our experience tonight! The food was delicious, as usual, but the attention and service we received was literally out of this world!!!! One of the managers, Stacey, was out on the floor and was clearly attentive to her guests and their experiences! She was literally the sweetest and made us feel so important! There’s not many places you can go for dinner and receive this type of care and concern for the experience of the guests! And the food was impeccable!!! Shout out to Stacey, her incredible customer service skills, and the restaurant as a whole! Will definitely always be going back here!!!!

Where to begin, OMG. The atmosphere, the dining room, the FOOD, the drinks…ugh. It’s all so amazing, left more than satisfied with my date night. Absolutely couldn’t recommend this place more. The food was immaculate, the servers were so calm and attentive. They have broad spectrum of drinks and cocktails to choose from. On top of the fact that the entire strip is a converted highschool. There’s a billiard spot at the end you can walk to after dinner, put put place to grab a quick game with your friends, just a good spot to have a night at. Highly highly recommend.

When visiting family on the holidays, I always drive by this restaurant and it’s been calling my name for years!
Lucky for me, my dad was ready to try something new so we stopped by for lunch.
This establishment is large and open, it felt like I was back in New Orleans with its decor of iron fences, and lots of dark red brick.
We started with an appetizer of oysters on the half shell which were so fresh and some of the best oysters I’ve had in a while (I live in Florida on the Atlantic and know fresh oyster)
Next, we tried the soup. We had a cup of gumbo and a cup of the corn and Seafood bisque. We inhale them! They both held such flavor and were filled with ingredients. Some of the better soups I’ve had at any Seafood restaurant.
We also shared some of the fried oysters which were battered and fried to perfection. Very tasty.
The service was accommodating, helpful, and we were never left to need.
A perfect visit with a perfect menu. Go try half shell oyster House in Pelham if you haven’t.

First time visit on a date. No crowd at all. It was couple’s night…not really but it was only 3 other seated tables and they were couples/date. The ambience very nice, jazz melody romantic, and our server Marcella was super kind. When my entree arrived, our server
said, here you go Madame’. Bayou & Creole southern flare, it was the experience for me☺️
The host and all other staff were very nice too. Awesome first-time experience!
I actually like small crowd it added more to the experience, seemingly.
Oh my goodness…the entree’s were flavorful. Bisque and gumbo yummy.
If you don’t like spice make sure you tell them to hold the spice.
I felt the Louisiana vibe ️

The food here is always top tier! I’ve never had a bad meal. However, service can seriously lack at times. The waitstaff is always polite, but tend to run pretty slow. We sat at the table for 15 minutes before a waitress even acknowledged us, then it took another 20 minutes to get the waters we ordered…20 minutes for water…mom had a salad, which should have come out rather quickly ( I’ll give some grace for it being a crazy busy night.) and then me and my dad had a plate of oysters. Again I know it was busy, but at least acknowledge your table in the meantime…we got there at 6:30, and left around 9:45.
Food was fantastic, but the service…just lacking.
