Food came out hot. All three of us thought our meals were good. A wrap basket, chicken tender basket and a sheriff chicken sandwich. Played a round of darts while waiting for our food.

Decedent little bar on Independence Ave serving up American type eats. The bartender was our server and was friendly and on point. We had two burgers which were pretty damn good and reasonably priced. The hand cut fries were delicious also. TVs littered the walls with different sporting events. A couple pool tables and other games were available for use as well as a sand volleyball court. With not much commercial life on this end of Waterloo the Half Pint is the heartbeat of the area. The food was delicious. The order wasn’t perfect, but it was not anything to cause concern. They were more than willing to remake, but it was perfectly fine as it was. The salad was large and very fresh & the ranch was great! The wings looked amazing. Sadly, I couldn’t try one, but I know they would be delicious as I watched my granddaughter devour them! She is a 1st grader and nearly ate the 12 piece. She is a small girl so I have no idea where she put them!

Nice small bar. I have came here since I’ve been 19 and today I’m 55, so almost 40 years. I have never had a bad experience at this bar, but I have had a lot of good and fun times. They have some of the best bar food around. I love this place for I can always count on having a decent bite to eat with a drink or 2 and know the service and atmosphere will be awesome. Thanks half pint for the years of good memories.
