We invited 9 friends to join us for a fabulous pre-season Christmas event with Half Pint Brothers. We had been there in October. Every single person in our group agreed it was the best way ever to kick off the holiday season. The atmosphere was perfect. The staff was over the top friendly and welcoming and the food was incredible. I love to cook and do not enjoy restaurant food at all. This is, by far, the best food away from home that I have ever enjoyed. We will make this our go to place for friendship, fun, great music and entertainment and the best meal anywhere. Want a trip back to 1863 with awesome food and friendly service? This is well worth the trip to Butteville. The original building was built in 1863 and still holds all the charm from the past. Owner is very friendly and obviously loved running the place. We had bowls as seen in the picture. Not sure if this is only a Tuesday thing or not but they were terrific. Lots of seating outside as well, both in the shade and in the sun depending on your preference. Appears to offer lots of various ice cream options as well. If you have plans to go to Champoeg State park, this place is only a few minutes away and well worth the trip. Highly recommend.

We love going to the Butteville store. We’ve been there for lunch and ice cream during the day and tried their Saturday night dinner and music. It was such a nice, friendly atmosphere, really good food and music. I’d definitely recommend!

Went for a Saturday dinner with a group of friends and it was awesome! The food was excellent, and none of us left hungry. Live music was fantastic, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Can’t recommend their dinner service enough.

I was greeted immediately by a staff member and shown to my seat. The food was plentiful and delicious. The old store charm permeates the dining room with pictures and articles. The entertainment was upbeat and a delight. Would definitely go back again!
