We came here the other day (thursday) for a pizza and some beers. We tried several of their slices as well as a whole custom pie. The quality and taste varied from pie to pie. i was surprised at how strange the plain slice was. very little sauce, or maybe the cheese combination over powered the sauce. if this was the only slice we tried i would have not written the review. but we ordered a whole pie with kale and sausage and was very pleasantly surprised. lots of garlic and ricotta. kale cooked perfectly, with very little flop on the pizza.

One of the best pizzas you can find in and around Hudson! We usually get a classic pizza with pepperoni but this time added half onions! I called to place the order and they were very accommodating when I asked for light sauce on the pizza. You can also place your order online through their website! I ordered half pepperoni but got half sausage, not complaining because that sausage had a great, earthy flavor. The pizza was delicious! Enjoyed drinks on their beautifully lit patio with friendly staff. Definitely will stop by again.
